Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 100 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (wood/coal) and stove in all rooms (wood/coal). The entrance is covered and ground level and leads directly in the porch. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room / bedroom as intersecting room and with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, fireplace and lounge. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with dinette, TV, dishwasher, gas stove (3 burners), electric cooker (1 board), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and washing machine. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom with shower, WC, hairdryer, window and washing machine.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the 10 sqm balcony. Bedroom with 2 single beds. You have access to the 16 sqm balcony. Separate toilet with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Mali Vareški. The holiday house is situated on a 100 sqm enclosed property with shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Stone house. The house is located in a small Istrian village. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house.
