This spacious and elegant penthouse is a two minute walk to one of the best beaches in Marbella, it has it all; large terraces with sun all day, incredible views of the sea, the tropical gardens and swimming pools of the urbanization. The interior of the house is very spacious, consisting of two very spacious living and dining rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, and a separate guest toilet.
The urbanization is perfectly located. It has 24 hour security, beautiful gardens, swimming pools and direct access to the sandy beaches of Marbella. It is close to a wide variety of restaurants and only 5 minutes from Marbella by car.
