Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialising in holiday accommodation since 2005.

Furthermore, it has a parking space in a nearby building, available at an extra cost and subject to prior reservation .



The 65 m² apartment is designed for rest and enjoyment, with a spacious and bright living-dining room that offers differentiated areas for eating, relaxing and watching television. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher and all necessary utensils, ideal for those who enjoy preparing their own meals.



It has two bedrooms: the main one with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace offering sea views; and a second bedroom with a trundle bed, for two people. It also has a second full bathroom strategically located between both bedrooms and air conditioning throughout the apartment for greater comfort.



The location is unbeatable: just 50 metres from the sandy beach "Playa Paseo Marítimo de Marbella", supermarkets, restaurants and cafés, and with a bus stop just 200 metres away for easy travel around the region. Furthermore, Marbella town centre is only 1 km away, and within a few kilometres you'll find leisure options such as Golf Río Real Village, Puerto Banús and natural parks or theme parks.



As with any accommodation located within a community, there may be occasional incidents beyond the property itself, such as lift breakdowns or malfunctioning common elements. In these cases, as they are services external to the apartment, the owner is not responsible, although we will always try to inform and assist as much as possible.
