Welcome to our most beachside flat in the area of Elviria, Marbella, its location is perfect for holiday lovers, just a few steps from the beaches of Las Cañas and Las Chapas, just 700 meters away is one of the most famous beach clubs Nikki Beach Club and there are a lot of beach bars such as Triana Marbella, Carlos y Paula, La Plage Casanis. The old town of Marbella is 15 minutes away and Puerto Banus is 20 minutes away by car.
The house is all on one floor and consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a guest toilet and a spacious terrace.
The living-dining room is furnished with a chaise longue sofa, a coffee table, a smart TV and a table with space for 6 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with the best appliances, induction hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. It is also equipped with cutlery, crockery, glassware, cookware and table linen.
The two bedrooms are equipped with double beds and are en suite. The two bathrooms of the bedrooms have a shower and double washbasin.
The terrace is very spacious and semi-covered. In one area is the chill out area with sofas and a low table perfect for cocktail hour, in a second area is the dining table for family meals and in a third area are the sun loungers to sunbathe and get that perfect tan.
