Not what I was expecting

We arrived at time of check in and was told by the lady at the front desk the rooms wasn’t ready and she wasn’t sure how long it was going to be then she said she would check and see it might be another 20 or 30 minutes remind you all we are coming from one event done travel all day and now we can’t check in to change to go to our other event stressful so we leave get in the car set for about 10 minutes before we pull off she waves us down and say now the room is ready we just collected the room key and left didn’t feel welcome next morning breakfast was skimpy ask for more cereals and was told she wasn’t sure same lady if it was some more she wasn’t very friendly or accommodating and the parking lot was full so we had to park away from the hotel.

Bad customer service

I called the hotel and told them to cancel the reservation cause Hotels.com gave me the wrong address to where l needed to go and lost my $14.00 discount. I booked a room in Coushatta, but Hotels.com didn’t show that this coushatta is the town and not the casino so l had to book another room close to the Coushatta casino and pay another $120 cause Hotels.com didn’t refunded my money for their mistake. I use Hotels.com all the time and this is the treatment I get from them. All I can say is WOW! Next time I’ll just use my Hilton Honors and skip the 3rd party cause for some reason they find a way to screw you up. I only booked with Hotels.com to save $14 but the savings coast me $120. I am going to post this on FB and Instagram and tell people to watch out for the BS from Hotels.com

I really enjoyed my stat at Spark by Hilton. The room was very clean and well stocked. It was very easy to make my self at home. The staff was also amazing and welcoming.

It was a pleasant stay, issues with the TV, which were resolved quickly the remote also required new batteries. The hot water didn't really get hot. There isn't enough closet space.

Staff made my stay remarkable

Staff members very professional I called ahead of time about for late check-in Staff assured me that it was OK to check in late upon arrival check in was easy breezy. The state was amazing and I will return. Staff is very amazing.

Nice stay

Our family stays here every year for our family reunion and the customer service is always great. Caroline was happy to get our reservations together and the hotel was very clean. I love the upgrades
