The hot tub was broken, and the pool was out of towels frequently. Bed was comfortable and rooms were clean. There was not a free breakfast on the weekends

Provide to go breakfast bags instead of the continental breakfast.

The hotel room was not clean - old food in the frigde. Blood stains on the comforter and sheets. Daughter did not even sleep in that bed. Shower was dirty - hair in tub. sticky stuff on bathroom counter. TV did not work - turned on and could not get any channels.

Customer service was awful. Tacky signs posted EVERYWhere. Stains on the bedding. No option for air to cool room. Hot tub closed. No tables to allow for gathering.

First room wasn't cleaned and staff didn't seem to care or apologize. Down graded our room instead. Used to be one of our favorite hotels, but is in need of a major overhaul.

Great! With a big event going on in town, the staff did a great job hosting everyone

The customer service was amazing, but the amenities in the hotel were a little lacking. The TV didn't work, and the pieces of furniture were really worn down.

Needs updating. Torn desk chair, dirty bathtub,

Rooms were quiet and the bed was comfy, so I slept well, which was an important objective. The whole place could use a facelift though. The hallways are dimly lit and the no-frills decor looks dated. The hot tub was broken and I feel like it should be easier to get a good cup of coffee in the morning. Fine if you are just looking for a place to crash for the night.

The downtown location was very convenient. Safe, dry sleeping rooms is the best we can say. Free parking is a plus. However, this rebranded Holiday Inn Holidome is in serious need of renovation and upgrading. Pool area and fitness room smell of mold. Carpeting and furniture throughout has passed its useful life.

Central location and nice facility.

Shower was dirty and there was a bag breakfast.

Location. The hotel was recently sold, and the old owners are doing little. Our room had not been cleaned prior our arrival, delaying our entry. Still cheap bag breakfast, not even coffee in the lobby. Rooms are shabby.

Dirty

The facility could use some updates otherwise everything was fine.

Arrived at 4pm to check in... "Room isn't ready..." I didn't get my room until 5... The thermostat in room didn't work and the room was very warm and apparently there was no one to come look at it... When I went to check out, the guy behind the counter had music playing on his phone so loud he couldn't hear me and I had to repeat myself multiple times. He also argued with me about what room I had just stayed in the night before... He then printed off the wrong invoice for me. The room was okay, there were no garbage bags in the garbage cans. The leather chair and ottoman had seen much better days... both were torn and very worn... They've obviously not invested any $$ in this facility... I will not be back.

Great team of people helping me get checked in. Pool area was also fantastic!

I truly apologize for the experience you had. The hotel is about to go under major renovations and I hope you can come back and visit our property again after this is done.
