Cozy 1+ Bedroom Haven with Charm and is a block from downtown!

A comfy, light and airy apartment within walking distance to our Historic Downtown and The Ramsdell Theater! You will be only a mile and a half to Lake Michigan's Beaches and Manistee's Big and Little Rivers. Enjoy walking the Riverwalk that stretches along the Downtown River Chanel and out to Lake Michigan to watch the gorgeous sunsets and star gazing! There is a massage therapist on the first floor, so especially when you arrive and are in the stairway, please be mindful of noise so we can be considerate of each other. We will place a sign so you are aware if a massage is taking place. Thank you so much! We really appreciate it!

Great location close to downtown

We’ve been going to the Victorian Sleighbell parade for over 28 years and this was a great location to walk downtown to enjoy the weekend. The apartment was very cozy and lots of light and the parking was good! Monica was very accommodating, which always makes the stay that much nicer!

Nicely updated unit. Very bright and clean. Close to very thing. Conveniently located a block from downtown shops and dining but in a quiet part of town. Short walk/drive to amazing beaches. Host was very kind and accommodating. We will stay here again for sure!

This was my second stay at Monica's apartment in Manistee, but I have visited Manistee multiple times; Monica's apartment does not disappoint. Plus, Monica is easy to communicate with. The photographs of the apartment are accurate and has everything I need for a comfortable stay; moreover, it is clean and stylish. Also, the shower at the apartment is great! In addition, the apartment is located so close to everything, so I am able to walk to places I want to go in town. Parking is not an issue since the apartment has its own parking area.
