The apartment is fully air conditioned and has two full bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen and lounge with access to the terrace. The complex is located on the beachfront with a large lagoon style swimming pool set in spacious grounds and has underground parking, 24hr security and is just a short walk along the beach to the fishing village of Castillo and the Puerto de la Duquesa marina.
