The apartment is in ok condition. Very central for shopping. There is hot water in the showers,and a small fridge and kitchen. But, no one was informed of any booking at check in. No information in the apartment. You have to contact owner to book in advance every single time for pool and gym, and use them for max 1 hour, and you have to pay for that with g-cash only. Very unpractical.
The wifi is tested from 0-4 mb, mostly not enough to stream video. There is nothing to do about this as its a sim based modem and there is just barely phone signal coverage inside the apartment. There were also no cleaning or change of towels the 11 nights we were there. And just one key to the door is not great either.
We have come to the conclution to avoid private hosts from now on.
