We accepts group or big family as long as you’re okay with the sleeping arrangements. 1 bed with sofa bed + extra futon to set up in the living room.

2. Small-Medium size pets are allowed by condo admin. Pets should wear diapers at all times.

3.Please throw your garbage daily in the garbage area inside the utility room just across the unit main door to avoid pests infestation.

4. No daily cleaning during your stay. We only clean and sanitised the unit before and after you checked out. If you require cleaning, we can arrange with a fee.

There was a maintenance crew that dropped a swing stage downn from the roof to our 36th floor window, and they had cameras running while my wife and I were making love and we freaked outwatched them and
