グリーンベルトには近くて良いです。コンビニやドラッグストアもちかくにあり便利です。安いホテルなので部屋は古いし、窓が閉まらず空いていました。 細かいことを気にしない方向きです。

5 minute walk to Mall.

Hotel was overall good as the staff did everything they could to accommodate our stay, only discomfort was being placed in a room someone previously smoked in when I asked for a non-smoking room. Other than that the staff did find a different room to swap to within a few minutes. The staff are very good in making sure the costumers are comfortable.

Reasonable hotel behind luxury hotel street

Because my room faced outdoor evacuation staircase, I didn't want to open the curtain. Because it is a room not facing the street, the night is quiet, but the vibration sounds heard from around the evacuation staircase annoyed me. Hotel exchange rate was excellent.

einfaches aber ordentliches und ruhiges Hotel

Geräumiges ruhiges Zimmer, gutes Bett. wenige Gehminuten zum beliebten Greenbelt Komplex. Allerdings kein Fenster , kein Frühstück und nur kostenpflichtiges Wlan. Dafür niedriger Zimmerpreis. Internet Empfehlung: lokale Sim-karte besorgen, z.B. Smart. Hier gibt es mobiles Internet 1 GB für 3 Tage, für 50p, weniger als 1€, und sicherer als Wlan vom Hotel.

Good Location

I was having some dental work done in Makati, and, having stayed at this hotel before, I have found it to be very handy to Greenbelt shopping malls. The rooms are a good size, and the hotel is not expensive, although breakfast is not included in price. Not a big range of breakfast options, but tasty food. Your key is always put out for you when staff see you, and an umbrella was always available on rainy days. All staff are very friendly.

Superb Stay

The Hotel is just a walking distance to Greenbelt, Landmark, Glorietta and SM Malls. The Rooms are spacious and clean. Overall we had a nice stay.

コスパが良くロケーションの良いビジネスホテル

グリーンベルトまで徒歩1分、セブンイレブンが目の前と最高のロケーションです。 ホテルは古く設備も古いですが、掃除は行き届いており、キレイにしてあり問題ないです。 クーラーが古い（ちょっと煩い）、テレビもブラウン管で古い（自分は使わない） ただし、Wi-Fiが有料でものすごく高いです。現地のシムカードを導入しているのでそのあたり問題ないですが、道路と反対側の部屋だと電波が入りにくいです。 朝食は経験していないのでわかりません。

Conveniently located for shopping and dining

Very friendly staff...welcoming, and they remember your name. The dining experience however, often dishes are not available. On two different trips I ordered the same thing and both times the dish wasn't available. It was supposed to be one of their country's signature breakfast.
