Read the fine print: limited housekeeping = no clean towels no cleaning the entire week you stay at this place. Not bad if they had a vacuum or washer or dryer but those aren’t in these type units. Make arrangements to pay 700-1000p for a maid. Which I would have but the manager failed to respond to SMS or Emails to help.

I really enjoyed my stay, and was very pleased with the apartment and also the service. Check in was a breeze...even though the front desk had to call the service person from another location it took less than five min. for her to get there. The apartment was very nice with great decor in all rooms. There also was a great view of the city from the living room. There was also small things that made the stay great as well..like soaps, shave kit, tooth brush....to me its the thought that counts. The only con is that the building next door is under construcion (didnt hear much noise), and there is a scaffold that blocks the condos name and address...so my driver had to driver around the block three times before we found it. Would I stay there again ? Yes !!

ホテルではなくコンドのレンタルルームでした。施設の名前が「マリーナ」なので見つからなかった。施設や部屋は問題ないですがレンタルルームなので滞在中のルームクリーニングやタオルの交換等は一切ありません。ホテル的なサービスは一切ないので2日以上ですとホテルの方が良いと思いました。なのに掃除費として500ペソ取られましたがエクスペディアのサイトではその様な説明は無かったと思います。
