The unit is stylishly decorated to create a unique and hip experience that reflects the first class, highly urbanised city of Mandaluyong!

Features include fully equipped kitchen for cooking, heated shower, 1.5 HP split-type AC which provides fast cooling system for the entire unit, 45 inch Smart TV FHD Netflix ready and other online shows, 50MBPS Fast WIFI, Smart digital lock for quick and easy check in/ out system.

We have also installed IVO filtered drinking water system for your convenience! The tap is fitted with IVO water purifier which provides 99.99% bacteria free drinking water which is DOH FDA CERTIFIED. Please use according to your own choice. There is Savemore supermarket in the ground floor for your shopping needs.

Corresponding fee of Php150.00/guest (VAT Inclusive) shall be charged on regular days and Php300/guest (VAT inclusive) shall be charged during holidays, as prescribed by the Property Management Office

Maximum allowable guest/s allowed to use the swimming pool/s per unit is 2. If you need to have access for the 3rd person please contact us first.

The swimming pool operating hours is from 6:00AM to 6:00PM only.

One day a week the pool is being cleaned and therefore closed for public use.

Great location

Host was prompt answering my questions . Check in was fast and smooth. Location is accessible to Megamall and Shangrila, safe. Parking on site. Unit is nice and cozy,’We were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit. My daughters had to sweep the floor as there were bugs. There’s only 1roll of tissue provided for 3 adults staying for 4.nights.No extra garbage bags. We had a nice stay overall .
