We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires these conditions:
STRICTLY NO SMOKING in the unit and common areas of the building.
NO PETS allowed.
Violation shall merit forfeiture of your Security Deposit.

We will also ask you to supply a copy of your passport or driver's licence once booking is confirmed to be sent to my email for identification purposes which I will submit to the Reception Manager for easier entry on arrival.

We do not want strangers staying in our apartment that is why we need to know and verify our future guest's identity.

Guests staying at the property must never exceed the number of guests confirmed to stay.

A Door Entry Access code is given for a keyless door prior to arrival. You can reach me anytime of the day. I quickly respond to inquiries, requests and problems in a reasonable time. I give my guests privacy unless my presence is required.
Security Deposit will be returned at the end of your stay provided no damages,missing items occurred.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with cable channels. Other standard amenities include a washer/dryer, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

A great find!

This was a perfect property for our business trip to Manila. I usually stay in different areas in the city each time I come over so I have the opportunity to meet new people oh, so I have stayed in several rental units in the city. This unit is in a great location and is very convenient to access anywhere in the city via grab. You are right next door to a mall that has a grocery store and several dining options, and just a short walk to both the SM Megamall and the podium Mall. The owner was always making herself available if we needed anything, but we didn't. The unit is comfortable and was clean. The air conditioning works great and so did the hot water in the shower. Having a washer and a dryer made it possible to pack very light as we could do laundry conveniently on site. The bed in the master bedroom is the most comfortable bed I have slept in in the Philippines other than out at the Sheraton by the airport, but that room cost me as much for a night as this place does for a week! This is definitely a great condo to rent if it's available during your stay.
