Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Checked in for 10 days and had a noisy neighbor on the floor above mine despite complaining every night that there was dragging of furniture from 11pm, 1am, and early morning. All complaints were docimented. Live roaches were found in kitchen and bathroom despite no food or trash and I never cooked. Very disapponted and dissatisfied. Lack of sleep for 10 nights due to noise. Hope this gets resolved. Thank you.
