We especially enjoyed the pool and the open green spaces, ideal for morning walks or relaxing in the evening. The staff and host were friendly and accommodating too. Overall, Eastbay Residences is a great choice for a relaxing and hassle-free staycation!

had to wait for about an hour standing outside before checking-in. 1st night, they transferred me to a different room, a dirty one with cockroaches. the 2nd room was huge but dirty, have cockroaches, AC bad smell, and CR is so dirty. you can also smell a new paint furniture during your stay and dusty sofa. TV and Wifi is not working. A VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. THEY DID NOT RETURN MY DEPOSIT AND HOST IS NOT RESPONSIVE

There’s a community feel here that’s rare these days. Plus, the nearby cafes and restos make weekend brunch plans easy. Security is tight but friendly, and everything just feels safe and clean.
