I was charged 800 pesos (14 USD) because of the locked keycard in my room (locked inside - not lost). Also, the room stinks of cigarettes'; apparently, people before me smoked there.

The place is in a good location and is literally just steps away from SM Aura shopping mall. It is located in BGC and is walking distance to BGC High Street. However, the unit I stayed in smelled like whoever was there before me had smoked inside the place, so it stunk. Additionally, the TV in the living area had a blown out speaker, and the other TV's did not have any working channels. Worst of all, the place was infested with roaches. Lastly, the internet ended up going out in the building and was down for three days. Needless to say that was the final straw for me. I ended up checking out two days earl, because I could not take it anymore.
