Not recommended. Customer service is not so good. Whoever was on the other line when I voiced out my concern was not so polite and I hear his impatience. I understand that some circumstances are beyond their control but the least they can do is to respond courteously and promptly. Definitely not coming back here. But hoping they will improve for the sake of the business and the people working.

The owner is terrible and no customer service skill at all. He told me to “shut up” when i was voicing out my concern about having no available room for 5 more clients. They just told us to look for another place to stay and will refund us the money at 9pm. No compassion no empathy and obviously he doesnt care what weve been through just to get there. A lot more bad things to say but over all, he should not be running that business. Very awful and sad experience.
