Chalet Les Houlottes is a comfortable, functional and spacious chalet. The spacious ground floor TV/ games room space and general layout make Chalet Les Houlottes a great choice for extended families wanting to share precious family time, two families sharing or a group of friends.

The games room features table tennis, TV, X-box and comfy sofas - the kids can take over the ground floor while the adults relax around the fireplace in the first floor lounge. Perfect!

With a bathroom on each of the top two floors and wc on each floor. Younger children will enjoy the cosy triple bedroom - cable car included (see photos).
The compact kitchen and bathrooms are the most recently renovated indoor areas at the chalet.

Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included.

Please note the drive is quite short and steep. Even when cleared of snow you may prefer to park your car at the bottom of the drive and walk up (approx. 20m). Although the property accepts 3 babies on top of the total capacity, please note that there is only 1 baby cot and 1 high chair available.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine aux Houlottes. Le chalet a tout l'équipement nécessaire pour des vacances confortables, une bonne literie, un grand espace pour les ados/enfants avec salon TV, table de ping-pong et jeux. Belle vue sur la vallée de Manigod et terrasse où l'on peut diner en famille. Au calme à moins de 2 km du village et près de nombreux sentiers de promenades. Très propre. Bonne communication avec le gérant.

chalet bien equipé et aménagé ,l'accès par temps neigeux est très compliqué compte tenu de la pente

nous sommes un peu déçu car l'annonce ,précisait que le chalet était à 6 kms du centre de la clusaz , alors qu'il fallait faire 15 kms ,à la base c'était notre critère de sélection.

Chalet très bien situé et très bien équipé

Très beau chalet , aménagement fonctionnel. Très bonne idée d'avoir installé un grand banc dans l'entrée. On se déchausse confortablement, toutes les vestes trouvent un crochet et grâce au chauffage par le sol, le lendemain les chaussures sont sèches et tièdes . Les salles de bain sont modernes et bien chauffées. Petit bémol : le salon manque un peu d'éclairage et la chambre du 1er est un peu pauvre en rangements. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Super chalet nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le seul petit souci le plancher du 2ème étage craque et dans la nuit ou sur le matin réveille tout monde c'est vraiment dommage !

Un joli chalet familial au calme

Les photos sont conformes à la location, même si le grand angle peut donner une impression d'espace intérieur qui n'est pas réelle. La decoration du chalet et les chambres sont bien, les équipements présents, la salle de jeux appréciable pour les enfants, la grande terrasse avec vue montagne très jolie. Peut-être un léger manque de matériel de cuisine... Les abords du chalet font moins entretenus (herbe haute, tas de bois en bazar...), les brebis et les agneaux très mignons apportent bien sur avec eux mouches en pagaille (heureusement la location comporte beaucoup de produits anti mouche)... Le ménage final, facturé obligatoirement, est perfectible notamment sous les canapés, les meubles... Mais rien qui empêche une impression positive de cette location, surtout grace au chaleureux accueil de Steve.
