## Space
The living space is spacious and bright with a living room giving access to the terrace through a large bay window as well as a fully equipped open kitchen (American fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave and hob, coffee maker and kettle). The bathroom has a beautiful shower and a large vanity unit, WC, washing machine and hairdryer. Finally the bedroom, bathed in light, is equipped with a wardrobe and a double bed and also gives access to the terrace. The apartment is air-conditioned and you benefit from a secure parking space in the basement. A Géant Casino is located 100m from the apartment.
## Access
All spaces in this apartment are for travelers, we will ask tenants to take care of the premises upon each arrival. Love has been put in so that you can have your best vacation so thank you for respecting it.
A deposit of 4 to 0 euros collected will be requested upon each arrival and will be returned no later than 48 hours after your departure if no damage or breakage has been noted. In this case part or all of it may be retained.

Bright comfortable and well equipped flat with useful air conditioning and good underground parking
Well positioned for shopping, driving along the coast and getting onto the autoroute.
Comfortable bed, good wardrobe space and balcony furniture.
Kitchen well equipped with plenty of appliances
This location is just perfect. The location is perfect for a relaxing vacation, and a perfect base to check out Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Marseille or whatever you like! The beacher are 2 minutes by car (busy, but free parking there!). The appartment itself was really just perfect. Large, ALOT of facilities (Oven, Dishwasher, washing machine), and clean! Great kitchen, shower, beds, all was great!. Communication with the owners was wonderful. Very direct, and we even got video's to make everything clear for us. The building itself is already on a secured area, and parking is the in secure underground parking lot. You have access to a pool which is great. I would love to stay here again sometime!
