Easy to get to and from places via Grab, the hotel overall was nice, however the bathroom layout was very strange. Difficult to close the doors to the bathroom, and not able to close it off from the front door. The bathroom sink has very little counter space, and there are not a lot of places to hang things.

I’ve stayed at many hotels in different countries and this one definitely set a new benchmark for me. The customer service was above and beyond, especially Lea who was incredibly helpful from before I even checked in. The room was very nice and clean. Pool and gym area were nice. Breakfast was actually amazing. Very nice hotel but the customer service here is what really shines. 10/10 would recommend and come back next time I am in the Philippines

Excellent service! The front desk staff is six star, quite good! I have spent my career in the Hospitality and Resort Industry, they were truly top notch. I would hire them in a second! The staff in the restaurant were also excellent, minus the kitchen team at lunch on Sunday Afternoon. The food, a cheese steak sandwich with sweet potato fries, inedible. The bread was so over microwaved you could not bite through it or cut it with a knife, the meat so dry it was almost jerky and the fries cold. My fiancés pasta and chicken, chicken cooked fresh and tasty, but the pasta was cold and dry as if it was cooked earlier in the day. That meal was the only disappointment of the stay. The waitstaff was excellent and deserved praise for how it was handled. But the chef that day, is not who you need for that role. The two buffets we enjoyed were excellent! Overall would tell everyone in Cebu to stay here when visiting…great place minus a bad meal…

The service is excellent, the room though small was very nice. The restaurant had a good buffet for breakfast and Saturday night as well. However my fiancé and I went for a late lunch ate food off the menu and were very disappointed, a sandwiche was inedible, the bread so hard it couldn’t be cut and the meat so dry you could not bite off a piece, like it was jerky. Fries cold. My fiancé had past with chicken, the chicken was good and the pasta was cold and hard…it seemed they were serving something thay had been holding and was reheated in a microwave… disappointing. Great Hotel, great service, the kitchen hit and miss…
