The fourth floor has a large hall area with a 180 degree view of Mancora District
NO elevator in building
Security measures: 24-hour security cameras in common areas & exterior border; 8-foot-high walls with electrical shock wiring at the top
Common areas: outdoor pools and patio; fourth floor dance floor & bar (Disclaimer- dance floor may be off limits if reserved)
Laundry room is by request.
Open area to air dry clothes on roof.
One vehicle per apartment in parking garage; additional vehicles can park for a fee of 20 soles ($6) for each day
