Jaime at the front desk was awesome and so were the other front desk members. I wished the pool would have been availiable, Over all I enjoyed my stay and would recommend Holiday inn Concord downtown to everyone I know. Thank you Holiday Inn Concord NH. Stanley sends.

The hotel was a great central location for my plans. Room was nice with a great view of the area. Staff was very polite. Front automated doors did not open as promptly as they should, especially considering the very cold climate of the area. Fitness center was very small and had only a couple free weights so I could not get much use out of it. There were a few cardio machines but no weight machines to make up for the lack of free weights.

Great Location, good parking, nice staff, comfortable rooms

Loved the location. The hotel desk clerk was phenomenal.

The Holiday Inn/Concord, NH is about as convenient as it gets. The staff are solicitous and the amenities are fine. I find it a bit pricey for my purposes, but it makes up for that in convenience.

While the staff was solicitous and did rectify the problem for my second night, my first night was awful due to a malfunctioning heating unit. The second night, there was a loud party near my room. All in all, I had a hard time sleeping. Both the sink and the tub drained slowly and the toilet ran unless the handle was jiggled. However, the location cannot be beat for my purposes and the hotel is quite clean.

Hotel service was great and room was a great value for price.

The hotel itself was fine, clean, with comfortable beds. The staff was great! Very friendly and one of the fastest check ins I've every experienced.

It was a nice place to stay. Nothing fancy but rooms were comfortable, pool was nice and warm, and it was nice to have restaurant/bar on site. Only down side was for a non-smoking hotel, someone across from our room was clearly smoking which was smelly only when we went out into hallway.

Just a typical Holiday Inn, staff were somewhat less than friendly.

The hotel was in an ideal location in downtown concord. Overall, the room was very clean and larger than a standard room but the walls were very thin.

this was a terribe dirty hotel that had told us there were double beds and only one bed ...we called you for a refuns as that is what the hotel told us..........

Clean, friendly, quiet

This was for Christmas, visited our family.

I checked in, was given directions to my room, went to bed, got up in the morning and checked out. Your ads led me to believe that the discount would be greater. I feel 120.00 is a lot to pay for a place to sleep for one night.

We needed a place to stay before taking the bus to Boston the following morning. I feel that the hotel is very convienient to the bus station however, it is pricey, $136. We spent a night at the Hilton Garden in Phoenix before our flight back and that only cost us $80. The stay was quick, clean and pricey.

The worst construction in a hotel we have ever experienced. The hotel staff was great in trying to accommodate us (moved us when we first got there). But there is not much they can do when a jackhammer is breaking tiles in the room next to you at 9am.

Holiday Inn Concord was a reasonable hotel with comfortable bed and easy internet usage. Parking was difficult due to events taking place in the evenings. Staff in the bar and dining room were inconsistent in quality and did not seem happy with supervision or scheduling. One bar tender was working her first night ever with no help or supervision. The customers had to tell her how to make their drinks. Ice was not available on all floors. Location was excellent on Main St in downtown Concord.
