Privately Owned and Managed Studio Condo rental. Completely remodeled and extremely comfortable and convenient. Upscale accommodations for a down to earth price. Walk to restaurants, bars, theaters, Vons and many area shops + free wifi and Smart TV...No Cable TV. Well behaved pets are always welcome for a small fee.
Additional Charges: Pet's allowed for an additional $75.00 plus tax. Two pet maximum. 50lbs or less. Charge is per stay not per pet or night.
Sorry, no Saturday check in's or checks out. 3 Adults maximum. I cannot host 4 adults at the same time.
Downstairs, sleeps 1-4, Free WiFi, Smart TV..No Cable, Pet Friendly, Fireplace, Free Firewood November to March or until gone whichever comes 1st, Full kitchen, Linen's provided, 3 Jacuzzi's, swimming pool in summer, 2 sauna's, 2 onsite laundry facilities. Multi-day deals during off-season. Note: During Winter months the exterior of the condo will be blocked with wood and glass panels to keep the deck and wood pile snow free. This will limit the amount of natural light.

Access is to entire studio condo and onsite amenities.

Green line shuttle stop (winter only) is right in front of the complex. Red line is a 5 minute walk away on Old Mammoth Road. All Mammoth shuttles are free and run daily.

This is an older condo complex and as was custom with 70's construction, the walls are thin. If guests are in the condo above, noise can be heard. If you are sensitive to noise and apartment living, I recommend to book in a newer building, or read the guest reviews to see how previous guests feel about the accommodation.

Mammoth Lakes Trip

Our family were on our way to visit family in Reno Nevada and decided to make a stop at one of our all time favorite places. We decided to stay in a condo versus staying in a hotel. Mountain Shadows was a great choice. The location is very close to shopping and other things people come to Mammoth Lakes to enjoy. We had a very nice stay.

Just what we needed

We had a lovely stay. Everything we needed was available in the house. We loved relaxing and being so close to trails and restaurants. Love a place that is not only dog friendly but has a little basket of toys to make her stay enjoyable as well. Would definitely book again

Great Place for a Couple and dogs

This was our first stay at this unit and it was fantastic, the unit was modern and clean and very convenient. Loved the rack inside of the door. My wife said that this was the best stocked kitchen that we've stayed at. The instructions for the fireplace were great. I have struggled with these boxes before but the owners instructions made fire lighting easy. This place was great for us and our two dogs. The unit even had a snow shovel which we used quite a lot on this trip. We will definitely stay here again.
