Town. This small community of only 6 townhomes is a small hidden gem offering
luxury Mountain living with all the amenities needed. Split over 3 levels,
this home offers a 2 car private garage (no shoveling needed!), 3 spacious
bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, an open great room with gas fireplace,
private laundry as well as your own private hot tub to take a well deserved
dip at the end of the day! The open plan kitchen / dining / living area offers
space to dine, socialize and enjoy family time. Cook in the beautiful fully
stocked kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and granite counter tops.
Enjoy family meals at the dining area that seats 6 with additional bar counter
seating for 4 or cozy up around the fire on the large comfortable sectional

On the third level of the townhome are two master suites, each complete with
en-suite private bathroom with shower/tub combo, featuring King beds and
flatscreen TVs. A private / washer dryer makes it just like home. With your
very own boot room in the 2-car private garage (roughly 17'-8"w X 24'L),
complete with sleds, there is plenty of space to store all of your gear and
toys! Complete with pack-n-play, this well stocked home offers everything you
need for a very comfortable and convenient stay! All guests receive
complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club, to enjoy facilities
including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga,
pilates and cycle studio and more. This townhome sleeps a maximum of 8 people,
is pet friendly and non-smoking. It is ground floor entry, with two levels
inside, please note all living space is on the 2nd floor. The unit comes with
