This thoughtfully renovated 1960s gem blends retro charm with modern style, offering a bright, airy and beautifully clean space just a 7-minute walk to the beach.
Step inside a light-filled, open-plan space designed with comfort in mind. With two hotel-inspired bedrooms, each with a home cinema style entertainment system, and two bathrooms, this modern beach house is perfect for families, couples, or friends looking to unwind by the coast.
The space 🏡 We aim to provide a hotel-style stay. We use commercial hotel linen providers as well as high quality Ecostore consumable items.
The house has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, a bright, open living area, and a covered outdoor deck. You will have the entire property and large yard to yourself!
The thoughtfully furnished rooms provide easily accessible bedside power points with USB-2 and USB-C ports for powering and charging electronic items.
The property is on a corner block so provides added privacy and space. From each bedroom window is an immediate view of greenery, with the neighbouring houses out of view. The bedroom windows are fitted with venetian blinds and roller-type block-out blinds.
When you return from the beach, enjoy the outdoor hot shower and relax in the shaded sitting area on the deck.
Please note that there is a separate bedroom/bathroom/living area downstairs, which is not accessible to guests. This downstairs area is primarily used in the servicing of the main house, and it will be unoccupied during your stay.
Guest access 🌿 You will have access to the entire upstairs section of the house as well as the deck, the downstairs outside area, and large yard. The laundry (complete with washer and dryer) is available for your use, and is accessed from outside on the lower level.
There is a small fenced area behind the house, but the property extends beyond that area, all the way to the rear hedge, and is free to be utilised.
Parking is available in the driveway or on the street. ⚡ An EV charger is provided at the house for your convenience.
Guests will be provided with the access code 24 to 48 hours prior to their check-in time.
Other things to note 🌞 The hot water system and smart air conditioner have been upgraded in 2025 to ensure fault-free functionality during your stay. A new solar array has been installed to reduce our carbon footprint.
Leather lounges, modern entertainment systems, and new handmade furniture give this classic beach house the feel of a modern hotel.
In case of a rainy day, board games are available for your use. These can be found in the utility closet in the kitchen area.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Change of towels is available on request.
