Wow - that was different!! I have stayed here before and it has been outstanding. This stay was completely opposite. Upon checking in was informed that a large portion of the rooms have been occupied by school leavers (schoolies) I would assume that this should/could have been shared on booking or prior to arrival. Anyway, i was there and it was for only 1 night. But it was awful - running up and down corridors, loud and foul conversations and bangs against the door, for several hours between 11pm and 1am. Didnt get a great deal of sleep after a long day driving. I understand these events do occur, but prior warning should be a protocol followed, similar to when you are informed renovations or works are scheduled during stays.

Location! Location! Location! The view from our room overlooking Malua Bay was magnificent: we could see and hear the waves crashing on the beach, watch the sunrise from our balcony or the families playing in the park.

The kitchenette was ok. Parking is safe and secure. The Bathroom shower was absolutely Filthy and Mouldy. No shower screen on the door so the water from the shower floods the bathroom making this a Potential Slip Hazard for anyone. With all the water on the floor its hard to use any electrical appliance like a straightner etc as the cord sits in the water. Also the bedside table is rusty on the 2nd shelf. The Glass door's and glass baracade on the verandah are filthy and there's spiders webs.

The view is exceptional and the amenities are all that travelers and holiday makers could hope for. The rooms are well appointed and a small range of retail outlets provide all that is required. A nearby park with a huge variety of playground equipment is ideal for families.

Perfect place to stay with your pets. Very clean with large rooms and all amenities provided such as a well laid out kitchen with cooking facilities. Perfect for a family. Large balcony for your pet or enough room to put a large bed in the room. Nice walking tracks nearby and great for beach walks.

The property was along the coastal route by the ocean front and not far from Batemans Bay. My room was on level 2 with an ocean view. It was a very spacious studio apartment furnished with dining table and two double beds. The bathroom was large combined with laundry facilities. Kitchen facility was adequate. The walk to the beach was less than 5 mins. The hotel provided beach towels which was very handy.
