Just got back from a family holiday at Viva Blue and Spa, a family of four with 2 boys, aged 7 and 5. Good location, very near the beach. Clean and tidy. Great staff, a very big thank you to all of them, especially Veronika, Kiko, Pasqui, they made us feel great here. The entertainment was perfect, too. Can only recommend this hotel 👍😊

The Viva blue is an amazing hotel with the best staff 😊They make us feel so welcome every time. This year was trip number 5 to viva blue. Big thanks to Pepe( my daughter's favorite this year😉). And big thanks to the always smiling Kiko. Thanks to Gloria, Lolo, Javer, Sergio and Daniela 😊 And to the wonderful Paqui 😊 You all rock 😊 Miss you all and Viva Blue.

We have stayed in this hotel several times. It's clean, very friendly staff, great installations and comfortable well equipped apartments (with bathroom, living room and kitchen). The food is fantastic. This is the go-to the house hotel in Mallorca for families with children.

Nice hotel. Clean and tidy. All inclusive recommended. Nice personal. Many activities and entertainment. Hotel is near the beach. Special thanks to kind Gloria for excellent service at the restaurant🌞🐷🇳🇴

My partner and I went for a week on the 14th of June 2017. The transfer from airport took 2 hours which some people with children may find too long. When we arrived at the hotel we were very impressed. Check in was quick and the appearance of hotel was very good. Our room was very nice and very clean. The choice of food for breakfast was fantastic. We didn't have dinner there as we ate out every night but breakfast was brill ! The pools were lovely and sun beds very comfortable. Would recommend and would stay again. Staff very helpful.

Just returned from a stay at Viva Blue & Spa with my wife and two kids (son of almost 3 and daughter of 3 months). We had a good time. The hotel seems newly renovated, entrance has a luxury spa feel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The birdwatching tower between blocks 1 and 2 is a nice touch :) Staff was very helpful: my wife and son could not sleep after the arrival of a snoring neighbor (walls aren't that thin though) and they tried their best (and succeeded) in reaccomodating us to a different room. The big pools are fun for kids (a bit of towel-reserving in the mornings, unfortunately) and the training pool was nice and quiet. We enjoyed visiting the spa as well, taking turns after our kids went to bed. We didn't stay all-inclusive, but enjoyed our meals at the a la carte restaurent. Went to the buffet once: we enjoyed the various entrees and desserts, but weren't that much impressed with the main courses. It was okay though. The restaurant was fine as well. After a week, we had been through our picks of the menu, but it was fine for us. Recommendation for staff/organisation: Maybe open the spa an hour longer? We had to rush and plan to put our kids to bed to enable one of us the enjoy half an hour of relaxation. Some tips for visitors: Trying getting a room in blocks 1, 2 or 3 facing the nature reserve: quieter at night and a beautiful sunset (the power plant is easily ignored) Enjoy sunrise from the nearby beach! It's just a block away (you might want to set an alarm though!)

Resort itself is really attractive - lots of flora and trees. Facilities are great - nice pools, lots of beds, 25m pool, really good kids playground and pools, a 25m training pool which i used alot. Rooms are 3 star - very clean and functionally good with a kitchenette but they are tired and certainly not "premium", however, this did not impact on our holiday in any way so not a biggy. Front office staff and restuarant staff were all really nice and reacted very well to any problem - this is not to be underestimated. The entertainment staff were good but the childrens mini club staff looked really disinterested and not welcoming. Their lack of desire to speak english and focus on swedish and german (majority were from this area) made it difficult to engage our daughter). This was a big issue for us. As i say if you are swedish or german this hotel is perfect. The food was good in general and varied but being a buffet was often cold. The waste must be huge and the temptation to over eat significant. This is no issue really with this hotel but buffet in general. This is our first buffet and we will not it again. Finally the drink - beer good and wine okay but the cocktails we poor - i suspect because of the all in options we got the all in measures in our cocktails. Again you could see the waste with all in as people ordered and then just left whole cocktails or drinks. So overall this is a good place with nice staff and facilities but just be aware of the childrens club and consider whether buffet is really you - if we went again we would go room only and eat out more. Sorry i forget to mention the evening ents was good and the staff all came to light here. The spanish rep with glasses was amazing with the kids and adults with boundless energy - he is a real asset.

We had a great time at Viva Blue. Everything was nice; our room, the surroundings, the pools, the restaurants and the staff was really nice and helpfull. The nearby beach was absolute fantastic. We travelled with our children aged 5 and 12 years There were many activities for both children.

We stayed last week in the viva blue for 7 nights. We were welcomed very warmly at reception on arrival and were checked in very quickly and efficiently. The hotel is very impressive on arrival and spotlessly clean and very well kept. The rooms are very roomy and well finished including coffee machine, great for morning caffeine hit on the balcony. We had a Royal Terrace overlooking the fantastic scenic views behind the hotel. This was definately worth the extra to make the week very special. The buffet at breakfast and dinner is very good and there is also two bars/restaurants with made to order food with a large menu selection and some fab cocktails too. Our boys enjoyed very much the kids activities in and out of the pools during the day put on by the great Entertainment team lead by the fantastic Carlos .At night there is a kids mini disco and an after entertainment programme for all. The al a carte menu which we had on our final night was spectacular as was the service! Especially Jose and Gigi. There is nothing they won't do for you at this hotel their service is exceptional as is the way they make you feel like the most important family there. They are all amazing with the kids and are always smiling which in that industry with the hours they put in can't be easy. They made our family holiday in Mallorca very special with memories to treasure. Special thank you to Jose, Gigi ,Sadi and the wonderful Carlos...x
