This was my first solo vacation and I was a little apprehensive at first but as I checked into the hotel I realized that I had made the right decision !!! The entire staff starting from check in right up to the guest relation manager were so nice and helpful that o felt completely at home:) The beach and the bungalows are beautiful . Definately recommend everyone to take a vacation here either solo or with family. Especially for a romantic getaway:) Trust me....U will come back ! I know I will!!!!

Beautiful place and in a quite area we're you can perfectly relax. The bungalow are nice and cozy, with a big terrace. They were always nicely cleaned up. The heated pool was perfect for cold days. I will definitely come back next year. Had a really great time :-)

4 people making up 3 generations of one family went during the last week the hotel was open for this year. The little lodge/bungalow arrangement was not like something I'd had before, but it seemed to work. The staff were exceptionally warm, polite and friendly. The food was good, and we ate on-site most days. Although there are basic cooking facilities in the bungalow, it would have been no fun for four. There was also some gluten/wheat free bread available and the food was very healthy. Possibly related to the fact that over 80% of the guests were German. Or, at least they were on that week. There were two pools - both sparkling clean, but freezing cold (as expected at that time of year - the sea was warmer!). The site is NOT on the beachfront, and although it's only a 5 minute walk, it means crossing a main road. Once at the beach, it's a lovely strip of sand with a lifeguard. There's a dune walk that goes through the nature reserve all the way behind the dunes, in a strip of shady tranquility between the main road and the beach. It's also quite secluded - you're not along the main strip in town like most of the other hotels. The extra beds were just sofa-beds, and a little firm, but apparently the main bed was fine. Each bungalow is 3 room - bedroom, bathroom, and living-room/kitchen. This means that anyone in the living room has no storage space, just have to pile it under the bed, or use the kitchen cupboards. This review was being written from the perspective of the end of the season in November, during the very last week the hotel was open for that year. Therefor, it was about 10% occupancy, so there were never any crows, queues or waiting for anything. But there was also no evening entertainment, although the kids club and disco was running until the last 3 days. Also please bear in mind we paid significantly less than during high season, therefore my expectation was different. Top tip: Forget taxis or buses from the airport - rent a car; it'll be cheaper, and there are some wonderful places to explore in the area, like Cap Formentor, Caves of Drach, Alcudia Old Town, Luc Monastry, and Soller, which are all breathtaking drives (especially if you like big drops at the edge of the road!).

it was very nice, located not too far from the beach. Smiling and helpful staff and exceptionnal food and cook. Just one negative thing : the cleaning of the room was not done properly and correctly quiet place

The hotel has a great location with the beach only 5 minutes away by foot. There is a supermarket just around the corner. The centre of C'an picafort is also only 5 minutes away and is very cosy. The room was very quiet, private and clean. We had everything we needed (fridge ,microwave, tv,..). We also had a private terrace which was very nice. A few downsides: the mattress was too hard, shower curtain instead of a shower door, the everyday cleaning could be more thorough. There are 2 big pools, with very clean water (but very cold!) and lots of sunbeds. We didn't use the tennis court, bike shop and football field, but we're sure they're great as well. The best thing about this place is the excellent and very friendly staff! They are all amazing and kind and always smiling. The food (breakfast and dinner) was very good, lots of variation and many choices. A very nice place to stay, either alone, couples or with your family!

We stayed here as a family of 4 for our summer holiday. We hired a car from the airport which was fantastic and we feel needed to explore the area and do visits etc . The beach is within walking distance over the busy road & is a beautiful , sandy beach. The bungalows are very small and in my opinion not ideal for a family of 4. More suited to couples. Basic inside but quiet and offers privacy, set within a beautiful area. The pool area is great and lots of children enjoined it! Some of the staff need to scrub up on their children skills however !! Breakfast was pleasant however more suited towards our German friends. Evening entertainment was varied, we had some good nights here and some lovely memories too.

Simple, clean, bright, big enough for a couple with 2 teenagers; nice example of what bungalows should be. Installations are very complete: 2 pools, one dedicated to swimmers, free access to tennis and basket ball court, gym, ping pong... Nice and efficient staff. 300 m from the beach through a nice walk. No hotels, no hassle, no noise on the beach. Nice & easy... We will go back!

The location is real quite, the room is very clean, the breakfast and the dinner are awesome ! The staff is available for each of our questions. There is a lot of things to do in the hotel, free yoga, basketball, tennis... The bar is also really nice !

The hotel gave us a very good welcome. Our chalet was clean and tidy and comfortable beds made every day. The breakfasts and evening meals were great l think I have put on weight. We rented a car and woiild recommend visiting Alcudia we also found a great place to swim snorkel and sunbathe 'cala molins' water crystal clear and 21 degrees mid October. My wife who is on a gluten free diet had a lot of choice and the hotel prepares gluten free bread and pasta. One litle negative point the food could be better labelled for free from people Would recommend and i will be back

Proximity to the wonderful beach Rooms and service excellent Each room is isolated from the others (bungalow), which adds to the privacy Very peaceful place to stay Delicious and wide variety of food at the buffet. Great!!!
