This spacious mansion, approximately 100 years old, invites you to spend relaxing holidays with your family or a large group in the north of the island.

Business meetings, sporting events or festive celebrations are welcome!

The house is located at the entrance of Llubí, where you will find good restaurants and shops. The dream sandy beach of "Playa de Muro", 12 kilometres long, is 15 kilometres away.

The house was originally one of the first distilleries in Mallorca until it was finally restored as a Mallorcan-style house.



The house is divided into 8 accommodation units, each accommodation unit has a double room (2 beds) and a bathroom.

Ground floor: 2 accommodation units

First floor: 3 accommodation units

Second floor: 3 accommodation units



The plants are connected by a central staircase and a lift. All rooms have air conditioning and central heating.

The house has WiFi access throughout the property, as well as large spaces to be together, such as the beautiful barbecue area, and a spacious covered car park.

Amazing villa in a great location. We loved the town which was extremely friendly. Supermarket 5 mins from villa with everything you need. Recommend the bakery in town too. Great place for multi generation get together, we hope to visit again.

Great spot in Llubi!

Large house with plenty of space for our entire team. Each floor is a mini housing space (separate bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, etc.) with a sizable lawn for everyone to come together outside. Everything was clean. Kitchens had basics, but nothing fancy. Location is great for walking into town. Would return!

Nice and big entire vila. Very nice barbecue erea and swimming pool. The town is very small and qued with lookal small shop. Bed matrase is very hard. Pillows needs to be changed for new. Also ants, the first floor of kitchen is full of ants. We was unable to cookpreparing the food in this first floor kitchen, because of the ants. we had to keep everything in the fridge even the coffe. Also builders next door, they start at 6:45 in the morning, drilling the walls.But rest of the vila is everything is very nice.

Wir waren mit 4 Familien über Ostern in dem Haus. Es ist sehr geräumig, so dass wir alle unseren Rückzugsraum hatten und uns auch gut begegnen konnten. Auf jeder Etage ist eine Küche, so das sich alle selbst versorgen konnten und es genügend Platz für Lebensmittel gab. Die Zimmer sind groß und die Betten bequem. Zu jedem Zimmer gibt es ein Badezimmer. Wir waren mit Kleinkindern dort, es gab ausreichend Hochstühle und Kinderbetten. Der Hinterhof war für die Kinder schön zum spielen. Wegen der Kinder waren wir froh, dass der Pool in einem eigenen Bereich liegt. Wir konnten den Poolbereich abschließen und mussten uns keine Sorgen wegen der Kinder machen. Der Poolbereich ist schön und sehr gut ausgestattet - die anliegende Küche ist toll.Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft und können sie für Treffen mit Freunden und Familie nur empfehlen. Man ist zwar auf ein Auto angewiesen, aber damit lässt sich vieles sehr gut erreichen.

Un très Grand Merci.

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable avec un groupe d'amis de 15 personnes. Cette maison est vraiment magnifique et nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin : tout ce qu'il faut en vaisselle et matériel en cuisine, les chambres spacieuses avec chacune sa salle de bains, l'abri véhicules immense. La cuisine près de la piscine est vraiment très conviviale. Les commerçants du village sont très sympathiques, et l'offre est très complète : boulangerie, supérettes, restaurants. Nous garderons un souvenir inoubliable de notre séjour et le recommandons vivement à tout groupe. Un très Grand Merci.

Toll für für große Gruppen

Großes Haus mit genügend Platz! Schöne Schlafräume (wir hatten auch 2 Gitterbetten bekommen) und Badezimmer im landesüblichen Stil, jede Etage verfügt über einen eigenen Wohnbereich und eine voll ausgestattete Küche, sowie einen riesigen Balkon (Terrasse). Beim Pool gibt es eine ebenfalls ausgestattete Outdoor Küche. Es gibt genügend Liegen und der Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Im Innenhof ist Platz für 4 große Autos. Der Bäcker ist 5 min Fußweg entfernt und in 10 min erreicht man ein wunderschönes, gutes Restaurant (bei der Kirche). Hier kann man auch Pizza bestellen. Leider hat die Klimaanlage während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht funktioniert und auch der Hausmeister konnte nicht helfen. Es war sehr, sehr warm in den Schlafräumen, welche zur Straße schauen. Abends und nachts war es sehr laut, weshalb man die Fenster nicht öffnen konnte.

Mooi gelegen vakantiewoning met fijn buitenverblijf bij het zwembad om met de groep samen te eten. Goede kookuitrusting en bbq om voor grote groep te koken. Fijn dat de kamers een eigen badkamer hadden.

Schöne Finca

Tolles Haus mit 3 Wohnzimmern, zwei riesigen Terrassen, Hof, Garten und großem Pool. Es ist schön eingerichtet und wirklich gut geeignet für große Gruppen, da es sehr viel Platz gibt. Besonders genossen wir den riesigen überdachten Sitzplatz vor dem Pool mit Außenküche, Grill, Geschirr, Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine. Das Haus liegt mitten in Llubi. Supermarkt und Bäcker sind nah. Auch Bars und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Es sollte Nachttischlampen in den Schlafzimmern geben. Die Matratzen könnten bequemer sein.
