A beautiful house in a fantastic location with only 400 meters walking distance to the long stretch of white sand and turquoise water at Alcudia beach.
The house has 3 bedrooms, one master suite with a walk in closet, one bedroom with 2 separate beds and a very nice terrace facing the garden and pool and another bedroom with a 140 cm bed also facing the garden and pool. There is a good size bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. There is also an additional terrace facing the mountain side. In addition to this, we provide a baby cot as well as an extra bed if needed. For safety of small children, we have safety gates in the stair well.
Downstairs you find a very nice and fresh living room with modern furniture. 2 very comfortable sofas to watch the many channels on Smart TV or just to relax. There is a dining table suited for 5. Baby high chair and toddler chair is also available.
It’s a good size kitchen fully fitted with dishwasher and microwave and you can find everything you need to prepare all your meals during the day. There is also a door with direct access to the garden and outside dining area. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer, an iron board and iron adjacent to the kitchen.
You will also find a bathroom with a shower on this floor.
The beautiful garden offers a good size saltwater swimming pool, a refreshing grassy area with a lovely big olive tree where you can relax in the shade. You will also find an outdoor shower to freshen up perhaps after the beach. In addition, there is also a nice built-in barbeque where you can cook up a big meal for your family and friends.
The garden is the perfect place to enjoy your meals anytime during the day - there is a big sized teak table with a large parasol suited for 8 people or even a few more. After your meal you can relax on the terrace in the very comfortable lounge area, perhaps listen to your favorite music from your phone connected with the bluetooth speakers outdoors.
