We stayed hear for 10 days from September 6th - 16th on a B&B basis. Originally we wanted to stay in Palma Nova or Son Caliu but as we booked this very late around 1 week before travel and there was very little choice left and we reluctantly booked this hotel in Magaluf. I was really worried about staying here after reading the reviews as we were travelling with a 13 month old baby and wanted something as quiet as possible( Magaluf would not be a sensible choice for this i know!!) however i emailed the hotel ahead of travel to air my concern and asked for a room in the most quiet part of the hotel which is where they placed us. The hotel is large and in a quiet location, its one of the last ones you come to in magaluf and its located a 2 minute walk from the pirates show ( well worth going to) We were located on the 9th floor so it was nice and quiet and we had a view of the pool. The rooms are spacious and i found them to be clean( some people have moaned about the maid service in previous reviews) the lady that cleaned our room did a great job we had fresh towels daily and the room was thoroughly cleaned. The balcony was small but enough for what we needed it for. The tv in the room doesnt show many english channels other than the news but i think the hotel is not geared towards the British most of the channels were German or Spanish( Not an issue for us as we dont come on holiday to watch tv!) The room had a small fridge which was ideal to store a few bits in. One thing it did lack but its quiet typical of Spanish hotels was a Kettle which was essential for us to have with a baby to make feeds up so if travelling with a baby take this in to account. The bathroom was fine, again clean and spacious our plug was missing so we had to use the one off the sink to use the bath but really a minor detail. Some reviews people have moaned about the lifts personally we never had an issue with them yes granted the hotel only has 2 lifts which doesnt seem enough for the size of it and i can imagine if you had a room located near to the lift you would get some noise but we never had any problems. The breakfast was fine buffet style good choice and lots of high chairs available for children and the staff were helpfull i have a wheat allergy and again they were nothing but helpful in supplying alternatives. The pool we didnt use but again looked clean and spacious and they had a small paddle pool for children and a play park, The hotel has free wifi not just in the lobby but also in the rooms which i found to be reasonable not the fastest but fine for browsing and social media, We hired a car and had no problem parking it, theres lots of road parking and a large communal car park that you can use to( some people have mentioned its full of people taking drugs late at night) i never saw this ever in the whole 10 days we were there. All in all we had a nice stay and was pleasantly suprised, this is not a typical magaluf hotel i think maybe the price per night has driven some of the younger generation out or those that want a really cheap get away out. I thought the price we paid did seem high for what we were getting at £105 per night we have stayed in cosmetically nicer looking hotels for a similar price BUT having said this it was clean, staff were very helpful and we had a very nice holiday so based on this i cant complain thank you Atlantic Park keep up the good work for next season.

Decent hotel, good food, reasonably priced. Staff are friendly. Ok clientele at the hotel (much improved since a previous visit a few years ago- slightly higher prices have helped I think!) Pool is ok but a bit on the small side for the hotel size. Nice location- easy access to the nightlife but not in the midst of it.

We spent 8 days in this hotel. (2 adults and 1 teenager). The location of the hotel is at the end of the resort and the place around is not what you expect from a vacation. Instead the hotel is clean, the food breakfast and dinner is OK, a lot of dishes. The beach is at 5 minutes walking. And just near hotel is a bus station to palma (40 minutes by bus). The resort is not typical mayorcan, especialy in this point of the resort. On the beach the price for two chairs and umbrella is 13,50 euro/all day. From the bus Palma Nova resort seemed more clean and quiet.

All inclusive! Excelent place! Wonderful hotel, clean and large rooms, tasty food, nothing to reproach,it's worth every money we spent on this vacation. I would recommend it to anywone who vants to have a dream holiday in Magaluf.

This hotel is at the start of the Magaluf strip. Which leads onto Palma Nova. It's a few streets from the beach in a really rough neighbourhood. Outside the door is a waist land/carpark which is taken over by youths in cars 3-4 nights a week. From 11pm till 6-7am playing loud music form the cars while drinking/drug taking so don’t expect any sleep at this hotel. The guests are a mix of Spanish/Italian/English and French, mainly Spanish. Age range from young children to mature adults, mainly teens and young adults with family. Typical of hotels of this sort, most guests get up later drink all day and enjoy the late nightlife. I had a number issues with drunk guests, one particular incident when a Spanish girl accompanied by her boyfriend verbally abused me in the lift in her native language, clearly unhappy that I was staying at the hotel. The staff were fair or cordial at best. Pleasant on arrival. I had issues with staff in both the Restaurant and Bar. Two standouts were, an older man greeting guests at meals, completely ignoring me from day one while scowling and muttering under his breath. And a younger tall black-haired waiter who again was scowling and tutting almost each time we crossed paths, making it clear he was not happy serving me and both making the point that they were unhappy with my presence at the hotel. I must say my only wrongdoing or failing that I could see was, I was a young white male from another country. I didn't drink in the Restaurant or at the Bar, I didn't socialise with the guest and kept myself to myself. I was on the Island to explore the beaches the towns the markets and the beautiful mountain treks. This hotel is close to the highway so easy access for exploring if you have a car, which I had. This can be had at many hotels. The hotel is starting to look dated. The hotel rooms were not cleaned very well. Towels changed but floor not cleaned and I had to plead with the cleaner for a sheet change, 4 nights in the heat I taught it a fair request. The only positive for this hotel was the desert selection, which can be overlooked at hotels. Here I found a good variety. The food was hit and miss, a big issue with all buffet meals is if the food is still hot or cold, leading to overcooked and dry food. If caught warm and early the variety here was ok too. Overall, I would not return to this hotel as better options are available for the price and in this or safer areas.

My husband and I were staying 7 nights in this hotel, which unfortunately did not meet our expectations of a 4 star hotel. The most disappointed was the room, which although quite spacious, had an outdated air, old furniture and a bad smell. The armchairs and the bedboard were dirty patches, the air conditioning system smelled bad. On arrival we found hair on bed linen, dust on furniture and sand in the room, and the toilet bowl very dirty on the outside (see photo) The cleanliness was superficial: in the 8 days the floor was never washed, It's true that they changed the towels every day, but that's all… The carpet on the hall was full of sand, the sofas in the reception were broken, things inacceptable in a 4-star hotel. The food was quite ok and varied, especially breakfast. Instead, dishes at dinner did not taste good, poor quality and limited as a choice. So did most of the desserts, which seemed to be semi-prepared. Instead, I liked the fact that the restaurant was clean and we had a lot of fruits and salads to choose from. The hotel is located about 10 minutes from the beach, about 500 m away. We were accommodated in Magaluf at an exceptional four star hotel, so this hotel was a disappointment for us and we will not come back here.

Stayed here for a week and it was lovely. Rooms and hotel were very clean and tidy. Pool was very clean and looked after very well, even though less considerate people left rubbish next to the sun beds the staff clear up regularly. Food was very good but very limited if you are a vegetarian. I am not so didn't care but bear this in mind. Only a 10min walk from the beach and the main strip if that takes your fancy, Manos bar down the road very good if you want to watch live sports (only Spanish TV at hotel) . Only thing that let it down was the evening entertainment, the animation team during the day were amazing, and the kids club was great all very friendly, evening entertainment was a little naff but plenty of entertainment in Magaluf if you want something more special. All inclusive was very good, local Branded spirits etc but large measures and free ice creams and slushies for the kids, snack bar was ok if you just want some chips or a hotdog. Basic but all freshly cooked.

My husband and I booked our stay here for our anniversary and selected the all inclusive package, so that we wouldn't have to worry about traveling with cash, and could leave wallets in the room safe/not have to keep euro on us. The convenience also allows you to not have to go find restaurants for breakfast lunch dinner. We have been pretty disappointed over all with our stay here so far. The hotel is "all inclusive" however, if you need a towel for the pool you have to put down cash deposits. If you want to use the safe inside your room, you have to pay a separate fee per day. If you want chips from the bar by the pool, you have to pay for them. Ladies - they do not provide conditioner but if you want some, you can buy it. The hotel also lists in the description, "FACILITIES: There is a spacious and beautiful terrace with an original-shaped swimming pool for adults, and a separate pool for children." However, this is not enforced even a little bit. Each day we have been here, the adult pool has had tons of children in it yet the pool for children is completely empty. The staff overall seem to be in bad moods. Maybe because they work such long hours.... but after a run we tried to go in to the restaurant to get a glass of water and were turned away because they were wrapping up breakfast. Disappointing again, because you expect a little bit different service staying at an all inclusive hotel. When the restaurant is closed, you can go to the snack bar outside but your options are limited to chicken nuggets, pizza, French fries or burgers. That's it. The picture of the burger has lettuce/tomato etc. but they don't give you that stuff and don't have it if you ask for it. My burger came and the slice of cheese wasn't melted. Beds in the rooms are really hard. Every day when we wake up it feels like we got hit in the back. Neighbors are noisy. We would not choose this hotel again nor would we recommend it. If you're going on a romantic trip to Spain and spending money for all inclusive, call ahead and ask questions before you book.

Nice hotel in Mallorca. The localization is perfect, so close to the beach and the strip for party. The food is so good and the staff so kind. Best animation team with really nice shows and activities.

When my brother booked this holiday for 9 of us, I was extremely hesitant as had heard such negative things about Magaluf but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! The hotel is fantastic! The meals were varied and the staff in the restaurant were so friendly, especially Javier who got our wine for us every night! The only thing I would say is that the bar staff are a little rude and there is certainly no service with a smile!!! The rooms are basic but clean with daily maid service! I honestly cannot fault this hotel - the location is great as it's just out of the hustle and bustle but only a 10 mins (if that) walk to the beach (which is just gorgeous!!) we also spent a day at the water park which was about a 15mins walk which again was great - the only thing I would say is take a picnic as the cost of food in there is extortionate! All in all an amazing holiday and we wouldn't hesitate to come back to this particular hotel!!!
