I have stayed at this Hotel twice during 2017, in May and July, the latter is of course High Season, the Hotel is a genuine 4 Star, which I have used for ten years. It is exceptionally well run, clean and with courteous staff. The food choice is excellent, the quality likewise. But, this July visit included English morons, who thought that screaming obscenities, and shouting "Martin, where are you Martin" at 03.00 was what was required, by them, to demonstrate their support for Brexit, from their Balcony, before collapsing exhausted at 05.00. The Management and staff, AND the majority of European visitors, many with children, must pray that when Britain leaves the EU in March 2019, these morons stay in Britain for their holidays. When Theresa May said "Brexit means Brexit", Europe will celebrate IF morons stay in the UK.
Returned from a weeks stay here 09 June 17 for 7 days 2 adult couples, stayed here last year as well. Hotel very well maintained with rooms cleaned and towels changed everyday. The pool is immaculate and the bar staff are very pro active in keeping the area tidy throughout the day. We had no problem with the attitude of the staff either, unlike some of the reviews that have been written about them and yes at times it can get very busy and they have to be efficient and deal with people quickly especially on a evening, The food was just as good as last year, lovely and hot with amazing salads! even a bowl with sweets in for children?. My wife loved the breakfast. The staff in the restaurant work extremely hard and all very nice. Location perfect as 5 minutes from the beach, little further onto the strip, pirates you can see from hotel and water park a 10 minute walk. There were some stag and hen do's see but didn't see any loutish behaviour, there is also a security guard in the evenings who quickly controls drunken behaviour. Entertainment was inside and satisfactory. Nice hotel all in all but appears to be mainly adult couples etc, but would book again. If staying here have a walk up to Clems Windsor Bar
I have just returned from a weeks stay here and it certainly isn't all bad!! Hotel very well maintained with rooms and towels changed everyday. The pool is immaculate and the bar staff are very pro active in keeping the area tidy throughout the day. We have had no problem with the attitude of the staff either, yes at times it can get very busy and they have to be efficient and deal with people quickly of an evening, we found during the day they were more than happy to entertain a conversation. I found the food to be wonderful but then I have a pallet that likes most things, that wouldn't be said for my son and dad who joined us, they didn't feel there was enough choice. Always lovely and hot with amazing salads! I found breakfast not to be of the usual standard I've had at other hotels, weird bacon and sausages but always something there to have, even carrots if you so wished lol. The staff in the restaurant work extremely hard and all very nice. Location perfect as 5 minutes from the beach, little further onto the strip, pirates you can see from hotel and water park a 10 minute walk. What disappointed me the most was the age of the clientele, mostly young lads of 18, as a woman in her early 40's as I thought when I booked as a family hotel this is what we would get, don't get me wrong there was no loutish behaviour as there is a security guard in in the evenings who quickly controls drunken behaviour. Where our room was on the first floor above the restaurant we woke a couple of mornings to sick on it where people had been ill off the balcony, yuk! Although must say as soon as we spoke to a cleaner it was immediately rectified. Entertainment was inside due to the laws changing for outside music which was a shame as the entertainment team try really hard!! There is no atmosphere where the majority of people enjoy a drink and think a bit of back ground music would of been nice as around the pool too. Nice hotel all in all but wouldn't stay if you want a family break and wouldn't book again because of this, feel enough of an old fart if I'm out in my home town and don't want to feel like it on holidays.
Had great time in the hotel on the free bar great place to stay in magaluf not to near the strip so isn't noisy good for kids to stop in nice people especially Maria on reception clean helpful tidy rooms
Stayed here for 5 nights in June on my own.fantastic stay from start to finish, staff r lovely and very helpful, rooms spacious and very clean just far enough from strip if ya want peace and quiet but close enough to walk if ya wanna party . Food was nice and plenty of drinks good too . Was fairly quiet round pool so can't comment on if suitable for families but while I was there then yes ideal all in all excellent stay and will be back next year
We stayed for a long weekend from June 22. We really enjoyed this hotel, decent food, always fresh salads, lots of fresh fruit, lovely fresh bread daily, lots of choices of hot food and desserts that were better quality than the standard stuff you usually get. Restaurant had long opening hours so no rush and was never busy or running out of food plus there's a snack bar for in between meals. Sun loungers always available, wide choice of all inclusive drinks, we found all the staff friendly from waiters, reception and cleaners, nice sized room with lovely air conditioning and even a mini fridge. Everywhere was kept spotlessly clean, staff were always circling the pool to collect empty plastic cups, all I'd have liked was maybe music outside in the evenings while enjoying some drinks (as the entertainment was inside). Excellent value for money! Highly recommended.
Second time at this hotel, single room great last year, room average this year, small for more than 2 persons, 3rd bed is put up bed with thin top up mattress, mind your legs when you sit on bed with the metal bars. stayed for 7 nights, noise 3 times in early hours , had to phone reception , had had enough, gone more for youngsters with big groups. food ok would give 7/10, but not a lot of choice for children, pasta or pizza, breakfast was good. Pool seemed to be clean, plenty of beds throughout the day , no need to get up early for towels, youngsters are asleep, again in the afternoon youngsters are at the pool , end of peace and quiet, with music and very bad language, not good for little ears.Entertainment was poor but they tried hard with what they had, great fun in the day if you want to join in. Drinks are only 2 per person at any time of day , that includes soft drinks so if you are a family of 4 you got to go to the bar twice, the cue for the bar is not long. No food at the pool, only at the table and chairs provided. Most staff were very nice, 1youngish barman quite rude, and seemed to provoke the youngsters.
The hotel is situated on the far end of town near the water park and Pirates. About 5-10 minutes from the beach and the bars. The hotel is kept very clean, towels, beds made every day. Rooms were big with enough balcony that overlooked the pool. The fridge is very small , no more than two bottles would fit in it, at a pinch. The food is very hit and miss, if you like hot food get there as it opens or you will get the luke warm , cold food. Choice is ok, pasta, beef, lamb etc all good. Limited choice for cheeses. The entertainment is OK, the animation team try hard but as they are unable to entertain outside due to a local law they put the shows inside where there is no air conditioning and so hot and sweaty. The pool is good, nice and warm for a change although it was over 30 degrees when we went. Bar staff in general were OK although some were a bit ignorant , either couldn't understand or chose not to, if you asked for an ice cream you got what they wanted to give you, not what you asked for. Plastic half glasses issued day and night for all inclusive. Overall this is a good , clean hotel.
Stayed here for a week near the middle of June. The location is brilliant, can be loud on a night but your in Magaluf so what do you expect. The food was fine, the drinks were fine also. The room was regularly cleaned, gorgeous views from most of the rooms. Staff we're friendly specially to the ladies... would recommend this hotel highly! (They charge you tax for staying on the island, wasn't much though) pool was lovely! The staff really tried to get everyone involved in activities, such as volleyball in the pool etc... there's a hotel round the corner which is really loud think it might be a hostel full of screaming teenagers most of my stay...
This hotel is ideal for people who want to be just out of the noise ,but near enough to walk in for the night life ,rooms are very spacious ,and the cleaners are very good . Overall I would rate this hotel as one I would stay at again .
