Apartment facing the sea in Saralegui: location, location, location! There are no words to better describe the unique feature of this comfortable apartment. Located right on the sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa, with a wide range of shops and restaurants practically around the corner, this apartment will impress with its sense of spaciousness and brightness, as well as its stunning views. With capacity for 6 people in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and over 160 square metres plus a terrace with sea views, this apartment will not disappoint.
Inside, the apartment is spacious and very well finished. It features a large living room with dining area (equipped with sofas, satellite TV, wi-fi internet and a dining table for 6 people), a fully equipped independent kitchen, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 double, 2 single) and 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub and another with shower). Air conditioning is available for our guests and is included in the rental price during established hours (from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 20:00).
In the exterior, the enormous terrace (which can be accessed from the living room) is a true paradise. Furnished with a table, chairs, and rattan sofas, it offers the most beautiful and unobstructed views over the sea and the sandy beach. This is definitely a holiday home that should not be missed!
Information to keep in mind:
In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it, otherwise a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.

Amazing property in a great location
This apartment is wonderful. Located directly opposite a sandy beach and near shops and restaurants. The balcony is large enough for all guests to sit out and enjoy the beautiful view. Despite being so close to the shops it is never too noisy on the balcony.
The bedrooms are all spacious and have AC. The double bed is quite low, (too low for my parents to use, for example) but the other rooms have twin beds at a more conventional hight. The rear 2 bedrooms did suffer from being a little noisy. There is a fair amount of noise from a restaurant behind the property. Most nights this was irritating but not awful but on 1 night there was very loud music which stopped our kids from being able to sleep for a couple of hours.
The kitchen is well appointed and there were plenty of towels for the bathrooms.
Unfortunately, on arrival, we discovered that the television didn't work and later in the evening we found that the balcony light was also not working. We called the company on day 1 about the tv and then on the following morning regarding the light. They sent someone to try to fix these things the next day. It took 4 visits to get it sorted (3 for the light and 4 for the tv). Eventually they changed the bulb on day 3 and just replaced the tv on day 4 of our stay. I understand that these things can happen sometimes but it was a bit of a pain - sometimes being told to wait in for the technician and other times being told that we could leave the keys. It has become a bit of a holiday ritual for us to watch a film together in the hottest part of the day and so it was a shame that, having booked somewhere with a nice tv, that we couldn't do this for the first half of the holiday.
This didn't detract from what was a great stay in one of the nicest apartments we have used in PP.
Parking was a little tricky but we always found somewhere in the end.
We would definitely go back there.

Tolle Lage, grausames liegen.
Das Apartment liegt direkt an der schönen und ruhigen Promenande. Der Meerblick ist wunderbar und Platz für sechs Personen ist vorhanden. Allerdings sind die Matratzen in den Schlafzimmern wirkliche "Härtefälle". Ich habe darauf nicht schlafen können. Die letzten drei Tage habe ich mir mit meiner Frau dann in meiner Verzweiflung ein Zimmer im Hotel La Goleta gleich nebenan gebucht. Dort habe ich dann auch die Nächte genießen können. Insgesamt wirkt das Apartment schon etwas "angegriffen". Der strahlende Eindruck auf den Bildern wird nicht ganz eingelöst.
