In Cala Millor, in a quiet residential area, the 95 m² large holiday apartment Marbi is located on the 1st floor of a multi-storey residential house (accessible by lift). The apartment consists of a comfortable living/dining room with air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with a children's bed, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed) as well as 2 bathrooms. The property can therefore accommodate 5 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi (800mb symmetrical fiber optics), fans, satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair. On the furnished balcony with an awning you can start the day with a hearty breakfast or round off mild summer evenings with a glass of full-bodied wine. The large patio is also a great place to spend a nice holiday with your loved ones - prepare delicious meals on the barbecue, enjoy them in the shade of the parasol and relax on the lounge furniture. There is also an outdoor shower available for refreshment on hot summer days. Due to the ideal location of the accommodation, shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are within a radius of only 50 m and the beach promenade is 120 m away. The absolute highlight is the proximity (130 m) to the wonderful, sandy beach Cala Millor, which was named the best beach of Spain in 2019. Schöner Urlaub in Cala Millor

Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig in der Nähe vom Strand von Cala Millor. Supermarkt und Bäcker sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist groß und sehr komfortabel. Es gibt ein Balkon mit dem seitlichen Meeresblick.
