On arrival at La Pergola we were greeted with a big smile and a glass of Cava. Check in was very efficient and we were escorted to our room, a double studio - large lounge area with a sofa bed and tv as well as a kitchenette and dining table. Smashing bathroom with large shower with the rain fall type head and handset. Massive balcony. Bedroom had ample wardrobe space and drawers and 2 single beds (pushed together). These were quite comfortable. The sofa bed was not comfy. Hotel staff very very friendly throughout the stay. We were Bed and breakfast and 1 free evening meal. Both were buffet service and had a good selection on offer especially fish dishes. We liked the evening meal that much that we upgraded to evening meal for the rest of the stay at a reasonable price (18.80 euro each per night). The outdoor pool and subbed areas are very nice but in March they were too cold so we tried the indoor pool which was 'nice once you got in' But the Jacuzzi was operated by a button on the wall so you had to get out to start it. Overall a very pleasant stay. It was my wife's birthday during the stay and on the day we returned to our room to a complimentary bottle of fix. Nice touch.

I was a little apprehensive about my choice following previous TA reviews, however I need not have worried, the villas have all just been recently refurbished to a modern high standard and La Pergola was just great. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dinner and they offered soya milk alternative and the service for clearing plates in the restaurant was slick. The room cleaners were some of the quickest, least intrusive we have had anywhere in the world, they were like fairies, appearing and cleaning the room. The aparthotel is a short maximum 1 minute walk past the childrens playground to the port and also the bus stop to Palma. The indoor swimming pool was a plus, as the weather in March was not outside pool weather, despite it looking inviting. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful when I struggled to get the room safe to like me! All in all I would return, and definitely book the villa again. It had a kitchen/diner and lounge with sofa bed and flat screen tv, a separate downstairs toilet, upstairs a superking bedded room and a twin bedded room, both with fitted wardrobes then a house bathroom with an amazing walk in shower with skylight and a double sink. The outside was a table and chairs, garden with loungers overlooking the shared pool. The superking room also had a flatscreen tv too. The villas are located opposite reception so only a few short steps from the villa into the hotel for breakfast and dinner.

Visited La Pergola several times now and it has never let us down. The place has everything going for it - can’t recommend it enough! The staff are brilliant, nothing is too much for the Manager Biel and the team. Lovely people. The service they provide is 10/10, and very much appreciated. The main reception/building/restaurant has a boutique hotel feel to it, with its tasteful decor, very pleasant to spend time in. The rooms themselves have been modernised and are very spacious - spotlessly clean too. The restaurant is very nice. Great surroundings and managed very efficiently. Staff are very attentive and the food is lovely, as is the wine! The port itself is only a 10 min stroll and is in a league of its own. Amazing vibe and a great place to be. Looking forward to visiting again in April this year! Thank you Martine

Could not fault the room, the staff and the breakfast. The weather too variable BUT not unexpected in November. It WAS BREEZY but interspersed with some nice spells of sunshine. Just a quick escape with a friend for 5 days and enjoyable. She's not a great walker, so the bars and cafes took us about 20 minutes or so. No problem strolling. Nice food found for lunch ish. Back to the hotel. Obviously upper end with the breakfast choices being superb, fresh bread with great variety, cold cuts and for me the Spanish bacon which I love. Their scrambled eggs were much better than the normal rather dry offerings. Our deal included one evening meal and we chose the right night. Probably as we chose a sunny apartment above the kitchen and the smell of the beef preparation whafted up tantalising! They also did wonderful garlicky and tender whole baby squid same evening. Their vegetable offerings were fair as were the starters and desserts. If you want a prawn starter go early and grab quickly as they do disappear rapidly! The apartment very spacious and the beds most comfortable. The bathroom with shower was big with a delightful 'gold' basin. Sadly no entertainment whatsoever, a piano player would have been good and would add atmosphere but all in all a very pleasant stay, the port with it's boats interesting but recommend go when it's a bit warmer.

Lovely place, about a ten minute walk to the centre of Port D'Andratx with its fabulous bars and restaurants! Stayed in one of the villas, plenty of space for a family of four and fairly well equipped. Nice restaurant on site that is buffet style, but only ate her a couple of times as so many restaurants in the port. Nice bar across the road in the marina and a restaurant just up from it would recommend! If you want the beach hire a car or jump in a cab to Camp D'Mar, about 15 mins drive.

Lovely large room with balcony overlooking pool. We appreciated the tea making facilities and coffee machine. All staff friendly and helpful with most speaking Spanish German and English ( and perhaps other languages). Lots of info available at reception and lots of items available to buy in foyer 'shop' inc jewellery, clothes, bags etc.Excellent breakfast and dinner ( both buffet with good quality food). Location and cleanliness both very good We thoroughly enjoyed our stay , thank you

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the welcome and ongoing care by the staff was of the very highest order. Most friendly and helpful staff with a surprise gift left in our room on my birthday which fell on a day we were staying in the hotel. The hotel is situated within a very short walking distance of the most beautiful scenery and several excellent places to eat out if not eating in the hotel. The food provided by the hotel was of an excellent standard and great variety. would definitely like to go back again.

We spent 3 nights in a 2 room apartment as a family of 5 on a self catering basis. We were assigned Apartment 4 and it certainly did not live up to it's 4 star status. The kitchen comprised of a microwave and a 2 ring electric hob and so would not have been any good for staying for any length of time on a self catering basis. Seating in the living room area comprised of a 3 person sofa which was obviously insufficient for our family. There was a small terrace with table and chairs but this was fully enclosed by a wall and a 5 foot hedge which made it claustrophobic and no view to look out on should you wish to sit out and relax with a drink or during a meal. The bathroom was fit for purpose as were the bedrooms. First impressions when arriving at the hotel were quite fabulous being greeted by friendly staff with a glass of fizz and the reception area was modern and immaculate. We thought we were in for a fabulous stay but our hearts plummeted when we were shown to our apartment. We were perhaps unlucky with the apartment we were allocated but having not seen any others then based on our experience would not recommend it for a place to stay as a family of 5 for longer than 2 or 3 nights. Sorry.

We stayed here for four nights in October, all the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the reception team. We had one dinner which was good but not exciting but had lots of choice. Breakfast was very good, again lots of choice and everything was lovely, a real treat ! We did have a couple of lunches around the pool and they were very well presented and tasty as well as good value. Our room was spacious and probably the only down side was the fact we didn’t get any sun on our balcony, probably because of the time of the year ! We would definitely return and recommend to friends and family, location was good, short five minute walk into the harbour area. A good find !!!

Highly recommended for families. We had a great time at the La Pergola. It is very family friendly and the staff on the front desk go out of their way to help make the holiday as enjoyable as possible. The hotel is located about a 20 minute walk from the main shops and restaurants in Port d'Andrax. There was a small section of carnival rides, games etc about halfway between the two. There is a small beach and some restaurants a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. There are other nice beaches like Camp del Mar and Sant Elm are a short drive away. We were meant to have a family room but were offered 2 adjacent rooms instead which worked out well. The rooms were fairly standard for a beach holiday. Not too fancy and robust surfaces to cope with sand, beach toys, wet clothes etc but of a good size and with everything you might need. Plus everything worked. The hotel had an indoor and outdoor pools. There were icecreams and snacks available all day near the bar at the main pool. There is also 'takeaway' pizza available to eat in your room which was good after a long day at the beach rather than eating at a restaurant. We had the buffet breakfast and it did the job. The staff did a good job and were good with the kids. Besides the pizza we did not otherwise eat at the hotel. We had dinner at their sister hotel next door and can recommend it. We would love to go back.
