This modern spacious house is ideally situated 100 metres from the white sandy beach of Playa de Muro. Set in a quiet location with sea views this house has everything to offer its clients for a relaxing holiday.

There is a spacious modern living dining room with large patio doors leading out to a furnished terrace overlooking the pool. The house also has WiFi connection.

The kitchen is also very modern and well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, toaster, microwave and coffee machine.

There is also a shower room on this floor.

Upstairs there is one doble and one twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an impressive master bedroom. This master bedroom has an open plan feel with a feature round bath (bath function only), separate shower and toilet. There bedroom also has a lovely terrace with sea views and sun lounges too.

There is also another separate bathroom with shower over bath on this level. There is air conditioning only in the bedrooms from 17h - 8 hours.



Outside there is a dining terrace and swimming pool which is gated and has a decked sunbathing area. There is also a garden with swings for children.
