Studio with Private Terrace in the Heart of the Vineyard

The cottage is similar to a studio apartment, all on one level, with a living room and kitchenette, a shower room, and a large bedroom with a desk (one double bed). For your comfort, linens are provided. You have a private garden in front of the cottage where you can relax or eat in the shade of a large willow tree. The property offers beautiful views of the vineyards and Mont Pilat, with hiking trails starting right from the cottage. The St-Pierre de Boeuf water sports center is 5 km away. A heating supplement of €25 per week applies from November 1st to March 31st. This 40 m² cottage is located in a winemaker's house in the heart of the St-Joseph vineyards, with private access and grounds. You will appreciate the Mediterranean climate, the bedroom with its vineyard views, and the infinity pool (9 x 4.5 m) shared with the owner, overlooking the listed village of Malleval. Swimming pool use is preferred during the day, to be arranged with the owners.

Proprio pas sympathique, accueil expédié, ne donne aucune explication pour l’utilisation de la piscine dont je n’ai pas pu bénéficier. Gîte aménagé au sous-sol de la maison principale mal insonorisé. Lave-linge, dans un local attenant, est dans un très mauvais état et sale. Environnant bruyant avec beaucoup de passage de personnes qui rendent visite au propriétaire et qui discutent devant le gîte.
