Studio with Private Terrace in the Heart of the Vineyard

The cottage is related to a studio on one level, with the living room and its kitchen area, a bathroom, a large bedroom with office (1 bed 140). For your comfort, sheets are provided. You have private land in front of the cottage, where you can rest or have your meals in the shade of a large willow. The site offers very beautiful views of the vineyards, Mont Pilat, hiking trails starting from the cottage. Water sports center of St-Pierre de Boeuf 5 km away. Heating package of 25 euros per week from November 1 to March 31. 40 m² cottage located in the winegrowers' house in the heart of the St-Joseph vineyard, with private access and land. You will appreciate the Mediterranean climate, the bedroom with a view of the vineyards, the infinity pool (9x4.5) shared with the owner overlooking the listed village of Malleval. Use of the swimming pool preferably during the day, to be agreed with the owners.

Proprio pas sympathique, accueil expédié, ne donne aucune explication pour l’utilisation de la piscine dont je n’ai pas pu bénéficier. Gîte aménagé au sous-sol de la maison principale mal insonorisé. Lave-linge, dans un local attenant, est dans un très mauvais état et sale. Environnant bruyant avec beaucoup de passage de personnes qui rendent visite au propriétaire et qui discutent devant le gîte.
