Cute Miners Cottage Close to Town

Elsie's Cottage is an original 1860 miners cottage which has been sympathetically renovated to retain it's original features. It's set on a large block with plenty of room for kids and pets. Main Street is at the end of the road an easy 10 minute stroll.

There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other has two single beds. There is also a very comfortable queen size sofa bed. All linen and towels provided.

For your comfort there is a split system air con and a gorgeous wood heater. Washing machine, dryer, BBQ, high chair and porta cot are all supplied.

Kitchen has a gas cook top, electric wall oven, microwave and a family size fridge.

There's a cubby house and a swing set to help keep the kids occupied.

Per couple $140.00.

Extra guests $25.00 per night.

Children (over 5 years) $25.00 per night.

We stayed for a few days and were very comfortable during our stay. Our dog enjoyed lazing around in the back garden and provided us many walks in the area. Short break from busy Melbourne life

The property was super clean, the bed very comfortable (and I am picky) and with the colder weather the open fire was fantastic. Great for the dog with a good secured yard. Walking into town is good, around 10-15 mins and we enjoyed talking to the locals at the pub and and the bakery. The positive reviews stack up.

Beautiful dreamlike getaway.

We are heartbroken that we did not sign the guestbook. We had so many compliments. The cleanliness was superb, the attention to detail and the overall look- just divine.
