Leider kein gutes Preis-LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis. Die FeWo ist okay, aber beim besten Willen nicht fĂŒr den Preis! In der KĂŒche gibt es kam Ablagemöglichkeiten und quasi keine ArbeitsflĂ€che. KĂŒche ist schlecht eingebaut, Schubladen hĂ€ngen. Bad wirkt veraltet und hat zig schlecht gestopfte Bohrlöscher in den WĂ€nden. Man muss 2 sehr steile Treppen bis zur Wohnung bewĂ€ltigen - daher fĂŒr Kleinkinder und Menschen mit EinschrĂ€nkungen nicht geeignet. Wenn man mal am Wasser essen will, muss man alles umstĂ€ndlich nach unten schleppen. Wir wĂŒrden die Wohnung nicht empfehlen, liegt vor allem am viel zu hohen Preis fĂŒr das was man bekommt. Das war schon fast unverschĂ€mt.

Schöne Ferienwohnung direkt am See
Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock in einem alten, aber renovierten GebĂ€ude. Sie ist komplett ausgestattet. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Der Seeblick ist super! Zu der Wohnung gehört ein Sitz- bzw. Liegeplatz direkt am See. Das ist toll. Das GrundstĂŒck ist umzĂ€unt und die Zufahrt mit dem PKW ĂŒber ein elektrisches Tor möglich (Schalter zum Ăffnen des Tores im GebĂ€ude neben der EingangstĂŒr oder ĂŒber Fernbedienung). FĂ€hrrĂ€der können auf dem GrundstĂŒck abgestellt werden (kleine Ăberdachung mit FahrradstĂ€nder). Wir haben von Malchow aus viele AusflĂŒge mit dem PKW oder den FahrrĂ€dern gemacht. Empfehlenswert ist eine Schifffahrt nach Waren. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
