Apartment close to the center with private parking, great pool and lake view in Malcesine. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the residential complex La Perla, only 800m from the center and the lake shore in Malcesine. There is one bedroom overlooking the lake, double bed and single bed and air conditioning. In the living room with fireplace, sitting area and dining area there are 2 sofas, both with sleeping function. For the sofa bed there is a very high quality topper available, so you can sleep comfortably. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Separate kitchenette with stove, dishwasher, oven and microwave as well as fridge. Coffee maker, toaster and kettle as well as cooking utensils are available. From the living room you also have the picturesque view of Lake Garda and can step out onto the balcony from here. There you will find a table and chairs. The pool of the complex is available from mid-May to mid-September and is not heated. The parking is private for the apartment and is located directly in front of the staircase. The apartment is accessible via an external staircase and is located on the 2nd floor.Restaurants and bars are within walking distance, as well as the center of Malcesine and the lake.
