Nice friendly staff. Room was very hot. Informed reception that AC wasn’t working only to be told that it’s only switched on in July & August. I pointed out that it’s advertised as having AC on Expedia & she replied, we have no communication with Expedia, but all tour operators are aware. Had to sleep with the doors open onto communal area. Food, particularly breakfast was very poor quality & decided to eat out most days despite being half board. Would not go back. Avoid.

Hotellet ligger fantastiskt och utsikten är magisk. Tyvärr fick vi påminna om byte av sängkläder. Klimatanläggningen kan i bästa fall kallas för fläkt, då den i princip inte kylde alls.

Hotel Cristallo

We stayed at Hotel Cristallo for 11 nights and had a fantastic experience! The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the staff are simply amazing—kind, helpful, and truly wonderful human beings. You can feel their warmth throughout the entire hotel. The beds were very comfortable, and every detail was taken care of. The hotel is in a calm and peaceful area, just an 8-minute walk from the center of Malcesine. There’s a bit of noise from cars and Vespas now and then, but it didn’t bother us at all. Highly recommended—we can’t wait to come back!

Ett trevligt hotell med vänlig och serviceinriktad personal. Stort plus för gratis parkering och att middag ingick. Vi hade fin utsikt över sjön och en stor terrass. Perfekt läge med närhet till Malcesines stadskärna med restauranger, caféer, butiker, kyrkan och kastellet samt inte minst linbanan. Bra läge att utgå ifrån med båt och bil för utflykter till andra platser runt sjön.

Nice, simple ackommodation within walking distance to Malcesine. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room, located in the basement was clean but sometimes quite humid. The breakfast offered a good variery of food but non was particularly well-made or tasty.
