Ubicado en el distinguido barrio de La Malagueta, este impresionante alquiler vacacional frente al mar está a solo 2 minutos caminando de la playa. A tan solo unos pocos pasos, puede tener sus pies caminando por la cálida arena andaluza.



Este apartamento recientemente renovado consta de un dormitorio con baño en suite, salón, comedor y cocina totalmente equipada.

Hay una cama Murphy (cama abatible de 150x190 cm adosada a la pared) en el salón.



Hay dos baños, uno con ducha y lavabo, el otro baño con ducha, lavabo e inodoro.



Las paredes blancas y el diseño de planta abierta crean un ambiente idóneo para la relajación, complementado con la gran cantidad de luz natural que entra por sus grandes ventanales. Despiértate y disfruta de un café mientras admiras la luz de la mañana que brilla sobre el mar antes de pasar el resto del día paseando por el paseo marítimo o el centro de la ciudad.



El popular puerto deportivo Muelle Uno con sus numerosos restaurantes, bares y comercios se encuentra a solo unos minutos caminando, asi como el famoso Museo Pompidou.

Good place and clean. Fantastic location. The check-in process went swiftly and smoothly. Nicely equipped kitchen. Beach umbrellas are provided and available for use. That’s really convenient considering how hot the sun is in the summer time at the beach.

Wonderful stay in central Malaga

The apartment has a wonderful view and is fully equipped with everything you need. It is in walking distance from everything and just opposite to the beach. The windows are not sound proof and it can be quite noisy from the street at times. It is difficult to find a relatively quiet place in Malaga in the summer anyway :-) The garage is extremely difficult to use due to the absurd angle to exit.

Great location, beautiful view! Everything you need is within a short walk … groceries, restaurants, shopping, the pier, the beach. Property manager met us and was very helpful in explaining the unit and the local area. The only problem was the broken slider door that was stuck ajar and therefore needed to be closed off. It wasn’t a major problem and hopefully can be fixed soon. Everything else was perfect!

If you want an apartment overlooking the beach, with great views, this is it. This apartment is perfect for a beach holiday. The only suggestion I have for the property manager is to provide some essentials like bath gel and shampoo, and laundry detergent. Seasoning for cooking would also be welcomed by guests who like to cook.

Nice little condo, super location. It is advertised as having 2 bathrooms, (listed as 2 showers). There is only one toilet between the 2 bathrooms.

A corner Apartment remodeled in recent years with IKEA is sleek, comfortable, open, with floor to ceiling (almost) windows to a panoramic view of the beach, “boardwalk” and Mediterranean. Restaurants, bakeries (definitely try Fermento Casa de Panaderos), groceries, etc at your doorstep. A short walk to the marina area with the more restaurants, bars and shops and an open air marketplace. The old town has high end shopping, museums, alcazaba, etc and is a lovely 15 minute walkshort bus (stop in front of apartment) ride. I definitely recommend “Mediterraneo” for your vacation stay in Malaga. We loved it and will be back!
