Arrived early last Wednesday and was warmly greeted by the reception staff we were then taken to our room which was defo 5star and super clean. The gardens and grounds were immaculate. The hotel truly made my wife feel special.

We stayed at the Kempinski 16-19th June, superb hotel, fabulous professional & helpful staff - everyone said 'good morning' it was an absolute delight! Food was gorgeous, paella divine in the fish restaurant on the sat evening, breakfast facilities and choice outstanding, I cannot fault this hotel at all, we will definitely be visiting again and will be staying a lot longer than a few days, so relaxed after just 2 full days in the sun.

We had a last minute change of plans so booked the Kempinski for 3 nights. What a great choice and decision. Having stayed in some fabulous hotels all over the world, we can report that this hotel stands shoulder to shoulder with any of them. Fabulous at every level - rooms, facilities, food and especially service. From our check in with Roberto to when we departed, simply perfect. Highly recommended and we will revisit in June 2018 but for at least a 10 day period. A big thank you to the management and staff of a superb hotel.

We stayed at the Kempinski for a week. Whilst it might not have been the most luxurious hotel we have stayed in, throughout our stay we felt extremely well looked after. The rooms are spacious and spotless and the grounds and pools beautifully maintained. The treatments in the spa, although expensive, were exceptional. Minor things did let the hotel down. Service and food in one of the restaurants was not great, but when we mentioned this, they went out of their way to make up for this. It would have been helpful to have had a hotel services directory in the room as well as information about which restaurants were open on specific nights, entertainment and any special offers about the spa. This is the first hotel we have stayed in where this wasn't readily available and so were rather surprised. Having said that, we thoroughly enjoyed our week, the breakfasts were exceptional and the majority of the team at the Kempinski went out of the way to ensure their guests were very well looked after. We would return.

The Kempisnki is a well established 5* Hotel on the Marbella side of Estepona. Whilst the location may be a little limited the Hotel itself is excellent - from the smooth check in and knowledgeable Bar Staff and beautiful maintained grounds together with 3 Pools and what is in essence a private beach. Special mention to Carlos at the Pool Bar whose attentiveness and friendly manor made a real difference to our stay. SPA on site was well worth a visit and whilst not cheap along with the rest of the Hotel they charge like a 5* and unlike many other Hotels deliver like one. Will certainly return and highly recommend for some R&R.

The rooms are spacious and luxury. The breakfast beats any nearby restaurant. Bathrooms are pretty and luxurious, lots of towels. Great soundproof windows! The staff is outstanding ;) Good location near the motorway.

My stay at Kempinski Hotel Bahai was associated with a business conference. The first impressions are that it promises a haven that is a combination of the modern and rustic, representing the historical heritage of this beautiful region of Spain. The rooms I was housed in was spacious and comfortable, with a small balcony overlooking scenic views of the sea, the palm trees and the far-off horizon. The hotel food was good -- my assessment is based on one in-room meal once and the rest of my meals came as part of the conference. As far as hotel food go, I found it more than acceptable. The breakfast selection was impressive and I enjoyed most of the meals I partook over the 3 days/nights there. Overall, the hotel is elegant and chic without being overly pompous and grand. If you are looking for a hotel that has pretty surroundings within the confines of the hotel, then Kempinski Hotel Bahai is it. Staff (at all levels, from front line to maintenance) are friendly, polite, obliging and helpful. However, if you are looking for natural beauty beyond the hotel, you would not find it and would probably need to travel some distance to get it. The thing that lets the hotel down is that the surrounding terrain and beach areas are not the prettiest. The hotel is located next to the motorway. Still, for this shortcoming, the hotel has many redeeming features that make up for it. I have enjoyed my stay there.

My husband and I spent two nights of our honeymoon at this hotel. Like all posh hotels the food and alcohol were expensive but that is pretty much a given. The hotel is beautiful, the staff could not be more accommodating but the two things that really blew me away were the excellent garden with the tiered swimming pools and the second is the breakfasts. The gardens lead straight to the beach, there are numerous sun beds and bars. The environment is beautiful and relaxing. When we stayed there were very few children but if you are going on an adult only excursion there is an adult only swimming pool. My favourite feature was the duck that walked about like it owned the place. The breakfasts were AMAZING! The food was all beautifully cooked (poached eggs were incredible) but the level of choice available was brilliant. Anything and everything you could want was on offer from fresh fish, hams and cheese to pancakes, pastries, fruit and a fry up. There were fresh juices, smoothies and even champagne. We spent two lovely, relaxing and very peaceful nights at the hotel. On the first night there was a pianist who, when prompted by my husband tried to recreate the music I walked down the isle to. It was beautiful. The staff were amazing. Definitely could have got use to that level of luxury. Highly recommend going.

The Kempinski is set directly by the beach, so is a nice spot if you want a beachside retreat. Rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable, with a powerful shower. Food is decent enough and the staff were helpful. Just bear in mind that the hotel is quite isolated, being half an hour drive to Marbella and further to Malaga. On the other hand, you can get to Gibraltar quite easily should you wish.

Excellent 5 star Hotel with perfect Service. When arriving we did not wait for a single Minute. The Concierge managed all travel ideas - some trips to Gibraltar and SELWO Park - with excellent Timing. Nice Food in all Restaurants we tried.
