Bright apartment composed of two double bedrooms and one bathroom, located in a modern building, just few minutes walking from Plaza de la Merced.The flat is located on a first floor, accesible ONLY BY STAIRS. The main terrace does not belong to the flat, but clients can use it.Really close to the historical centre, 3 minutes walking from Plaza de la Merced, 10 minutes walking from Calle Larios; supermarkets and restaurants all around the area. It is perfect for families or small groups. The area is calm.
THE FLAT- Living room: the living/dining room is wide and bright. There is a 2 seats sofa and a TV. It has a split air conditioning (working also as a heater).- Bedroom 1: It is equipped with a big double bed of 150cm.- Bedroom 2: It is also equipped with a big double bed of 150cm.- Outsider bathroom: complete 3 pieces bathroom with shower.- Kitchen: fully equipped with domestic appliances and all the amenities.
EXTRAS- Our guests have full access to the two common terraces in the top of the building, shared with the rest of tenants.- There is not any washing machine in the flat, but we dispose of a common coins laundry in the building.- There is availability of parking spots in the same building, for an extra cost of 15€ per night, but THEY MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE.- Pets are welcome, but there is an additional charge of 10€ per stay and per pet.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT- Check in is automatic, you will find the keys in a lockbox. TIME: From 3pm.- Our staff will ask you your ID documents/passports and will send the information about the automated access a few days before the entrance.- Check out is automatic too, you must leave ALL the keys inside the flat on top of the table before leaving the flat. TIME: until 11am.
EXTRAS RULES- Please, take care of the flat. You must leave it in the same conditions as you found it.- To preserve the climate, please be careful with turning on/off the light, AC and/or heating when you are not in the flat.- It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment and in the common zones of the building, except in the terraces.- Parties are not allowed, events or loud noises. Please, respect the common zones in the building and the resting times of the neighbourhood between 10pm – 9am. Take care and respect the silence and remember to keep the main entrance door closed all the times.- People not registered in the booking cannot be hosted.

Sehr unbefriedigend, wir haben nicht die reservierte Wohnung bekommen, obwohl sehr früh reserviert. Dann wurden wir per E-Mail in eine bewohnte Wohnung gelotst, mit Code. Richtige Anweisung kam per WhatsApp während der Anreise, nur wir hatten kein Netz.
Haben in der Küche gut 3 Stunden geputzt: Geschirr, Kühlschrank, Backofen etc. Minimalste Ausstattung an Geschirr.
Mein Mann ist 73 J. und musste für das obere Stockwerk eine ganz enge Wendeltreppe hinauf steigen. Schlafzimmer und Terrasse waren ok, nur im Bad wechselte das Wasser ständig von kalt auf heiss. Wohnküche war sehr klein und dunkel, da Boden und Einrichtung sehr dunkel gehalten waren. Ablage und Platz war für einen längeren Aufenthalt auch nicht vorhanden. Möbel sind in die Jahre gekommen, Schranktablar fiel einfach runter, Stühle wackelten.
Wir kommen seit 6 Jahren nach Malaga, immer für 2,5 Monate, aber wir hatten noch nie eine so schlechte Wohnung. Positiv war, die Kaution wurde sehr schnell zurückgezahlt.
