Modern Upcountry Hawaiian Suite for a Romantic Getaway in the Upcountry of Maui!

The Paniolo suite is our largest room! This suite is named after the famous Hawaiian cowboys of Upcountry Maui, the “Paniolos”. Designed with a rustic but modern upcountry décor this suite is sure to give you a taste of the real Hawaii! It was designed for families or couples wanting to have extra space with two private sleeping areas. Its king size bed is located in the private bedroom side of the suite situated with a cozy fireplace and living room area. The separate dining room, entertainment, and kitchenette side is located in the front of the suite and includes a fold-out futon, dining table and is adjacent to the lanai. The garden level lanai is spacious with a seating area and small yard where you can admire our banana grove, plumeria, and small waterfall pond. The lanai has its own staircase to the pool deck and Jacuzzi giving this room direct access to the pool area where you can sit back, relax and take a dip!
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, a coffee maker, and a dining table.

Surprise in upcountry

We stayed 3 nights. This was the first time to stay upcountry and we were pleasantly surprised by the contrast of the slower pace from the beach areas. Greeted with a smile by Josh as we came to the entry door and he explained about check in. The house is newly renovated, welcoming and very clean all over. The suite is huge, comfortable and private. Shower has plenty of hot water and pressure. We had lovely and tasty breakfast with some items changed every day. Josh will make Latte on request. We had fun conversations with Shannan and Josh over breakfast and other guests over fire pit every night. The owner is a fantastic host and we cannot wait to come back to stay a little longer.
