This elegant 5-room vacation rental spans 300 m2 across 2 levels and is positioned facing south, offering an abundance of natural light throughout. The property comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, each thoughtfully appointed to ensure privacy and comfort.

On the ground floor, the spacious living and dining room extends across 48 m2 and opens directly onto a generous terrace of 50 m2, partly roofed and furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs, making it an ideal space for outdoor relaxation. Adjacent to the living area, the open kitchen is fully equipped and practical for everyday use. A separate WC is also available on this level. The first ground-floor bedroom is fitted with 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private shower and WC, as well as direct access to the terrace.

On the upper floor, 3 additional bedrooms are arranged to provide ample space and independence for all guests. 2 of these rooms each feature 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private shower and WC, and access to one of the 2 balconies of 6 m2. The fourth bedroom is appointed with 1 french bed measuring 200 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private shower and WC, and access to the larger balcony of 10 m2.
