Estate of three stunning listed cottages set in private gated grounds. Lakes, lawns and orchards wrap around the houses with exclusive access to a beautiful heated swimming pool, open May to September in a village setting with pubs, restaurant and with Leeds castle just over a mile away.
On the historic estate of a stunning Queen Anne manor a party of upto 14 guests and 3 pets can enjoy exclusive access to 3 cottages set in 2 acres of landscaped grounds. The Oast has 3 bedrooms (6 guests) all ensuite the cottage has 3 bedrooms with two bathrooms (6 Guests) and the barn is a one bedroom suite with private bathroom ( 2 Guests). All cottages have their own kitchens and living space with tv PlayStation and outdoor bbq and furniture.
The nearby area is perfectly located for exploring the county of Kent The Garden of England. Walks from the estate lead directly on to the famous pilgrims way and North downs way footpaths.
A train station under a mile away gives access to direct trains to London or Canterbury in an hour .
The cottage is heated and features a kitchen and 6 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 7 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. A good host who was very responsive. Great set of 3 cottages shared by 9 of us comfortably over the holiday season. Plenty of kitchen equipment for all our culinary needs… brilliant!!

Accommodation perfect for our needs. We felt very welcome, free to come and go, and everything we needed was there. Kitchens and bathrooms perfect. Bar-B-Q and outdoor activities great, especially the full use of the pool. The property is looking a bit overgrown,and in need of some TLC but for our 3 generations family get-together we couldnt have asked for more.

Fantastic secluded secure holiday

We spent a week at Penn Court Estate, it was the perfect get away for our family holiday this year. The cottages are lovely and well equipped, comfy beds, good living spaces and plenty of bathrooms. The estate is very secure, quite and pretty, the children in our group had a wonderful time running through the trees and playing in the very clean pool. It was great, the pool opening times 10am-5:30pm really helped us manage the children’s and made for a very relaxing break. We didn’t venture out much as the weather was so good that we spent the week beside the pool and eating in the gardens! Craig was fantastic with communication throughout the booking process and we hope to be back again soon! Thank you
