Ganz schön!

Wir waren 9 Nächte vor Ort und es hat sich wirklich gelohnt. Die Unterkunft ist tadellos sauber und war für uns 5 ganz gut geeignet und schön, nur der Große hatte es mit seiner leichten Schiebetür neben der Toilette nicht ideal - machbar war aber auch dies. In der Gästewohnung ist ansonsten viel Platz, in der Küche saßen wir gern bis spät beim Spiel. Das Ehepaar Melitta und Freddie ist sehr gastfreundlich, solche Gastgeber wünscht man sich! Die Umgebung ist fantastisch, durch die Lage hat man wunderbar Ruhe und kommt aber mit dem Auto auch schnell in die interessante Umgebung. Für Städter wie uns war das ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub zum Luftholen und Ausruhen. Und wenn die Kinder mal zu viel Energie hatten - na dann raus in die Natur und wandern und kraxeln! Toll! Danke!

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Dazu kommt ein wunderschöner Ausblick und super nette Gastgeber.

Ruhig gelegene, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit gastfreundlichen, netten Vermietern

Sehr herzlicher Empfang durch die Vermieter Freddy und Melitta Messner, die uns sodann auch in die Gegebenheiten der Ferienwohnung und des Hauses einwiesen. Die Vermieter waren immer für uns ansprechbar und erwiesen sich als sehr gastfreundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir ( 3 gerade erwachsene Kinder und die Eltern) haben uns in der im Dachgeschoss (2.Etage) befindlichen FeWo mit Balkon sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch wenn wir den schönen Garten mit Wiese und Sitzgelegenheiten eher wenig genutzt haben, so konnten wir morgens im Wohnzimmer unserer FeWo das Plätschern des Fischteiches bei geöffnetem Fenster genießen. Da jeweils 1 Fenster pro Zimmer mit Mückenschutznetzen versehen ist, ließ sich die Wohnung und die Schlafzimmer auch Abends und Nachts hervorragend „gefahrlos“ lüften. In der sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung ist praktisch alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Zwei der 3 Schlafzimmer sind geräumig mit großem Kleiderschrank. Das 3. Schlafzimmer für die 5. Person ist eher klein, ohne Kleiderschrank (aber mit kleinem Schreibtisch) und leider direkt neben dem mittels Ventilator belüftetem WC gelegen. Für geräuschempfindliche Personen eher ungünstig. Unsere Tochter (18 Jahre) hat es aber nicht weiter gestört ! Für ihre Anziehsachen war genug Platz in einem der „großen“ Schlafzimmer und sie war mit ihrem Zimmer zufrieden. Aufgrund der rel. zentralen Lage der FeWo konnten wir die vielfältigen Möglichkeiten Kärntens (wie beispielsweise Bergwandern inkl. Gondelfahrten, Sommerrodeln, Baden etc.) ausgiebig nutzen (diesbzgl. hat sich bei uns die Anschaffung der kostenpflichtigen KärntenCard (hauptsächlich bzgl. der Gondelfahrten) gelohnt). Der in der Nähe gelegene Hörzendorfer See (15 Min. per PKW) läd zudem zum Baden bei seichtem Einstieg ein und ist vergleichsweise kostengünstig und eher weniger besucht (im Vergl. zu den größeren Strandbädern). Viele größere Badeseen bzw. besser ausgestattete Strandbäder sind in max. 30 bis 45 Min per PKW erreichbar. Falls wir bei unserem nächsten Kärntenurlaub wieder zu 5 oder 4 Personen sein sollten, ist die FeWo Messner unser Favorit.
