An absolutely beautiful little ryokan next to a nicely flowing stream. The outdoor bath was beautiful. Everything was very clean, the staff was very helpful and patient with our inability to speak Japanese. The food was good but too much in quantity. It would be better if you could choose which courses from the menu you wanted. I felt bad wasting food. Tattoo friendly and the afternoons allow for mixed gender bathing in the outdoor bath. Would definitely return.
