We booked 3 rooms…Room booked for 4 people had only one king bed and they did not provide additional mattress when requested… No hot water…. Refrigerator was not working in any of the rooms…

When we were away from the room, during temple visit, the hotel staff cleaned our room, but they took our personal belongings(food items) as well. They accepted this as well, but all they told was mere sorry.
